The primary goal of Avail Outpatient Counseling is to help individuals experiencing difficulty with mental health, addiction, relationships, health, weight management, and corporate wellness by providing services that are healing focused, person-centered, and goal directed. Avail offers Outpatient Psychotherapy, Empowerment Coaching, and AvailFit™ Wellness Activities for individuals, couples, and families. In addition to structured and supportive therapy and coaching services, Avail provides wellness activities. Avail’s psychotherapy sessions focus on healing and understanding.
