I had an exceptional experience at Avalon! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. The waiting area was clean and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist were both incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process, addressing all my concerns patiently. The level of care I received was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the procedure. The attention to detail and their commitment to providing the best possible dental care truly stood out.
Of all the dental offices I have ever visited, this one is hands down the best one. The receptionist and Dr. Farhi and everyone in between just made for a very easy and wonderful experience. Their expertise is greatly appreciated but even more important, they took their time. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. Thank you Avalon Dental!
I had my first appointment at Avalon dental recently and it was by far the best dental office I had been to! The staff was very kind and respectful with helping me and making me feel welcome as well as the doctors! They caught some things I had been complaining about that my pervious dentist had brushed off. Already my tooth pain as significantly decreased. If I could leave six stars I would!
I would not recommend Avalon Dental. I just took my daughter for her appointment and I was told they canceled her appointment. They said they sent text messages to confirm the appointment but because I did not respond back they gave the appointment to someone else. I never received any text messages though. While we were there the receptionist sent a text message to my phone and she could see that their message did not go through to my phone. I was then asked to get online and re-schedule. We were there early for my daughters appointment and it is not my fault that their text messaging system is not working right. We waited 2 weeks for this appointment as my daughter is having a lot of tooth pain and this was one of the places recommended by her regular dentist. What should have happened is that they should have squeezed her in since the mishap was on their end not mine. Edit in response to Avalon dentals response: I called 8 times to try to schedule an appointment originally and left a message with no response back so I had no choice but to schedule online so if I scheduled at the wrong location with the wrong doctor that is no fault of my own since I got no response when I made the original appointment. I checked my phone there were no phone calls/voice messages from your practice except from the day that we arrived for my daughter’s appointment and I made the receptionist aware that I had not gotten any messages and she called my phone right in front of me. I do not know why your messages do not go through to my phone as I do not have any issues with any of my daughters other providers. How did I make an error myself if I never received any of your messages and got no responses when I scheduled the original appointment . It’s also very frustrating to me to show up to an appointment we were 15 minutes early for the appointment just to be told it was canceled and that I would have to go online to reschedule.
Had an excellent experience with Avalon Dental today. Enrollment was an easy process. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I came home knowing much more about how to take care of myself. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who really knows how to take care of you.
Came in for cavity fillings after having an exam at their Newport location. Everyone at the office was super understanding and friendly. I spoke with Arion before and after my procedure to ensure the scheduling of my upcoming appointments was convenient and he did a wonderful job accommodating me. Dr. Farhi was very kind throughout our procedure and made it very easy for me. Overall a very pleasant experience!

I was at Avalon dental for my 6 month checkup went great. Just moved to the area and heard good things about this dentist office and it was all true everyone from the dentist to the receptionist was friendly and got in and out in a timely fashion.
In all honesty if I could give zero stars i would. This has to be one of the worse dentist offices I have ever been to. When arriving for my first appointment maybe a year and a half ago I received a text to stay in my car and someone would text me when they were ready for me. After about 15 minutes no one texted me so I went inside and was told I need to reschedule because I was too late… reluctantly I rescheduled my appointment. The first one they had available was a minimum of a few weeks out so I took it. Upon arriving to my appointment I got the same message to stay in my car but i ignored it and went in anyway. I got what I needed to get done and rescheduled for the standard check up appointment. They texted me telling me that they had to push my original appointment date from December 2022 to June 2023… after 7 months of waiting and confirming with them that I would be coming to my appointment that they pushed back 7 months I received a text saying that they are actually CANCELING my appointment and that I can reschedule online. This dentist does good work but the complete disregard of my time and patience is something that I can not respect or get behind. Save yourself the headache and PTO and go somewhere else.
Awesome job by Dr . Vu and her assistant Kim. I had to get a filling done today and felt no pain when I got the needle to numb me up. Dr. Vu was massaging my gums as she gave me the needles and I had zero pain. Dr. Vu and her assistant Kim were so gentle that I caught myself falling asleep a couple times while getting my filling done . Great job ladies!!!
