I have been going to Avalon Dental since 2019, and today I received the worst customer service from Dr. Kondapaneni's assistant. The assistant was very argumentative and rude. Although Dr. Kondapaneni is knowledgeable and professional, I will not be returning for services due to the unprofessionalism treatment I received from her assistant.
I had a very good experience. The Dr was very gentle I did not feel much pain with the .Iwill recommend her anytime

My cleaning was the most painful cleaning I have ever had. the proper tools where not used. She used some kind of drill to clean the teeth my mouth has been in pain since Saturday and my teeth after cleaning didn't even feel as if they had just been cleaned. I'm extremely frustrated with the service my husband experience the same thing. If I could give 0 stars I would. Place is unkept and not clean. They also didn't take x-rays of my teeth. Which was red flag number one how can a dentist properly care for your mouth with no x-rays.
They never disappoint me! Always on point dr takes time to discuss and explain what is going on and what you need also how to maintain moving forward. I feel comfortable and I trust her. I recommend her highly.
I have been coming to Avalon for so many years, I have referred family members because it’s truly the best place. Not only are they welcoming, they’re quick and gentle! Definitely recommend for your next visit
The ladies here are very professional and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable and give great advice to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
Dr Sandhya is a fantastic dentist. She and her assistant are warm, welcoming and informative. My son and I both are pleased. I've never had a less painful extraction in my life. Didn't feel extremely pressure either....she took her time and rocked the tooth out. More time for her but far more comfortable for me. I'd recommend this dentist to anyone. She cares and she knows what she's doing.
Since we switched Dentists from Apple Dental to Avalon Dental, we can see a huge difference . Difference on the waiting time to be received and the welcoming. Avalon staff are very kind and welcoming, very organized. And the service est faster..My daughter does not complain anymore about the way she is being treated. Thank you Avalon staff. Keep up the good work.
