I shopped at Claire's. This is the WORST shopping experience with this company! There are too many reasons why this particular shop is terrible, so I'll list the major reasons. First, the employees were late teens/early 20s girls that were obviously not interested in working. Because girl#1 was seated on a stool behind cash register with headphones on and scrolling on her cellphone. Girl#2 was laying on the floor to the side of the cash register station counter, curled up sound asleep and actually SNORING!!! I should've recorded this and put it on TikTok. Maybe that would get Claire's attention? Customers had to actually step around her as she was half blocking the area. Second, girl#1 told me that they do not price match online prices which were 50%less so I chose to place an order online and pick it up in store. It's supposed to be ready in <2 hours. I waited over 1 hour, still not ready; mind you, I handpicked the items I wanted and they held them in a bag behind the counter. But I cannot pick them up until order comes through online. 2 days of calling to check on my order and I finally got to pick them up on Sunday! The girls kept saying that the store's WiFi and app was down so they could not process my order. I even called customer service and they said nothing they could do. RIDICULOUS!!! If you've read this far, hang on, it keeps getting better. While at this store on day 1 and before placing my order online in my car, I asked girl#1 about the magnetic earrings and if they stay in versus clip ons. She said, and I'm not kidding, "Teenage boys wear the magnetic earrings when deciding if they want to get their ears pierced.....Oh, only old people wear clip ons". Then, on one of the numerous times I called to check on my order, girl#1 answered the phone. She said she'd check but must have forgotten I was still on the phone as she could be heard cursing back n forth with I'm pretty sure was snoring girl#2. She was dropping the f-bomb word multiple times plus other curse words. I said hello several times to see if she'd remember I was still on the phone but nothing. They continued their conversation and I finally got tired of this and hung up. Third, customers are supposed to get emailed when their order is ready. I never received notification. I had to call. And this is across multiple locations. As I decided to place my order at another location since I had no faith in the Snellville store. So I basically wasted an entire weekend trying to get what I ordered and ultimately had to travel to 3 locations. Also the company's inventory listed online does not match what the store has. I know this for a fact as I had the items in hand, which Snellville store was holding behind the counter, and it showed not available at this location. If they did daily inventory that might help with accuracy. Anyways, the takeaway from this is that other locations are not at all like Snellville store. Avoid this store! Unless you like unnecessary waiting, poor customer service and endless frustration!! HOPE CLAIRE'S READS THIS.

Love this shopping area. There's a little bit of everything in this shopping complex and yes, that includes restaurants & an AMC movie theater. Pretty boring and the retailers at h&m were pretty rude. Their selection is very limited throughout that shopping center. Traci at Sephora was really nice and helpful. You'll definitely be dropping some coin though.

Love this shopping plaza. You can find whatever it is that you need at this plaza. My favorite stores at this location are VS, bath and body works, pink. Lots of options for food.

Escovichez restaurant is a nice spot! The food is delicious Jamaican cuisine. We came here for my birthday yesterday. The dj played some nice tunes!

I love this shopping plaza. It's beautiful, clean, and has plenty of parking spaces. My favorite place is Sprouts and DSW.

My favorite restaurants and stores are located in this strip. I love the Diner, Bone Fish grill, and Longhorns for a quick bite in between stores. Loft, Chico's, and many other stores provide a variety of shopping experiences. Including Sprouts market nearby.

It's a nice place to spend a few hours at. Great restaurants and cool shops. I've been here a few times and I always have a nice time.
