Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I've been seen here for the last three years and have never had a bad experience.
If you care about yourself, just go elsewhere. Their PA is good, but they can only do so much.
I went to AVH last night, 1/26/2016 at 6 pm. By all the symptoms I had, I had a stroke. This is a very serious condition. I sat in that room, waiting for the doctor for two hours. Now that place was NOT busy. There were 3 Berlin police officers with someone. Two more rooms were filed. BUT according to triage rules, because of the seriousness of my conditions, that doctor should have seen me ASAP. TWO HOURS!!!! WAITING TO SEE A DOCTOR, BECAUSE OF A POSSIBLE STOKE!!!! I AM DONE WITH THIS HOSPITAL AND WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM TODAY.
The doctors there are horrible, my wife has TMJ and shes been in excruciating pain for weeks, no sleep, cant open her mouth to even eat. her jaw was literally locked and they did nothing for her. and the doctor who saw her verbally assaulted me, came at me aggressively. Dont waste your time going there because they dont help anyone. worst hospital I've ever been to. The doctors don't appear too knowledgeable either.
