I love these scrubs. I'm concerned because I placed an order on Oct 28th and another a couple of weeks ago. I haven't received either orders and I've made attempts to email and call. When I call the VM is full. I love these scrubs, there are none better. I'm just concerned they went out of business or something and orders are just dead ended. If you're still open please respond to my emails, I need scrubs bad!!!
The only scrub brand I've been wearing since 2001, they're comfortable and last years. Unfortunately, it seems like now they never have anything In-stock, so you're forced to custom order and wait anywhere from 6-8 weeks for delivery. They should at least customize to your inseam length for the inconvenience. Just saying.. 2/12/23. Update...the store is out of stock and cant really fulfill their orders. They're trying to do their best. I got sent tops and bottoms that were two different shades of gray and not the styles I ordered.
I ordered some scrubs on February 3rd from their stock supply. It has now been 12 days no scrubs and when I try to call them I get no answer. I have been using her scrubs for 20 years
I ordered a couple sets of scrubs to try them out based on a recommendation I'd seen online. The website stated that the scrubs were returnable for 90 days. They seemed very well made, but were not what I was looking for. I tried emailing and messaging the company for a refund and got no response. I tried calling several times to no answer. When I did get through the person who answered at first said she would not honor the return policy stated on the website then kept going on and on about how great the scrubs were despite me telling her my reason for wanting a return. Eventually I just hung up. She then called my office and got confrontational with my staff and with me. At this point she did finally explain why she couldn't honor the return policy now, but may be able to later, but in the next breath started insulting me personally and professionally. I would NEVER do business with this company again due to the way I was treated, even if I thought they made great scrubs they don't, and I hope you won't either.

Be careful ordering from aviator scrubs. I placed an order and paid for my order 2 months ago and I have not received my scrub order. They do not accept emails and will not answer phone calls. I need to go thru my credit card company to force a refund.
Their great scrubs And last a long time but now they never have anything In stock.. Used to be able to get their scrubs now when they have a sale everything is out of stock.
Yes, it is the metal building behind the house. So I'm a tall/big guy and I was tired of all these designer brand scrubs failing after 6 months, not being long enough in my back, and fitting poorly. The quality of these scrubs are rugged and heavy duty like I need. The shop had all the colored most scrubs come in, all the sizes and plenty in stock. The scrubs seem to all be the same make but very in style by how many pockets you desire. The lady at the counter was very friendly, very helpful and just overall a sweet person to do business with.
I've ordered 2-3 other times from them with only minor issues pants not hemmed which was part of my custom order. I ordered again in June 2020 another custom set of 4 pairs of scrubs. I received confirmation of payment and then nothing. I figured it'd take longer during the pandemic so sent an email. No response. Tried calling and the phone rings and then nothing. I'll try to get my money back $250 but since it was in June my bank may not be willing to do the claim despite the scrubs website having a 6-8 week timeframe for normal delivery.
The best scrubs I have ever used. Been using their brand for over 15 years. Quality is top notch and last a long time. Customer service is excellent and they always have fast shipping!
