Avidia Bank

It has always been a great please to work with this branch since the day I opened my account 3 years ago! The staff is always super friendly and willing to help. A great atmosphere to be in. Went in there recently thinking It was going to take me a while to resolve my issue but Amanda and her team helped me out so effortlessly. I was in and out in less than 10 mins! Their efforts and ability to help their customer always amazes me! Thank you!

The framingham branch was great! Especially Lesley O. she was amazing and very helpful. She had all the answers to any question i had and was very attentive. Didn’t let me leave until everything was handled correctly! Definitely would recommend to anybody! Awesome customer service skills.

Interesting all the five start reviews, as a small business owner this bank was a nightmare. I hate writing bad reviews but since this experience almost cost my sanity I want to warn other…to keep short: 1 They can’t issue a card at this branch, if you need a card will take few weeks to get one. Most banks now can issue a card right away. 2 They subcontract most services….credit card line is in Florida. I had an unauthorized transaction in my card I had to contact a 3rd party company to file a claim. Issue resolved but had to deal with a company outside Avidia took 3 weeks but got my money back. 3 Staff turnover, for the first year I understand the changes but every time you go there there is a new person. Currently staff means well but still learning the jobs and gave me wrong information. They kindly apologized but I got screwed over. Very young tellers/managers….No senior branch staff as the bank is new. 4 Never met the brand manager as he is on “vacation” every single time I had a major issue, the assist manager was there but again unable to make any decisions. 5 Randomly declined deposits via the app because I did not write the full sentence on the check: “For mobile deposit with Avidia only” - I can’t do that as a business owner for every single check, asked for a stamp was told to go to Staples. - You better off going with big banks right I am happy with TD bank….I would not waste time with Avidia

I have never had a banking experience go so smoothly in my life. Tom from the Framingham branch was extremely attentive and went above and beyond my expectations throughout the loan process.

This branch made my banking experience very easy, my teller Belinda was very nice and helpful. Was able to get all information necessary.

The level of personalized care, friendliness, and consultation I receive from the Framingham crew has far exceeded my expectations. I enjoy coming into the branch as I already know everyone since becoming a customer several weeks ago. Great experiences with everyone : Maud, Dom, Tom, Roya, Rayanna, and Leslie. They say what they do and do what they say. Thank you so much for everything and I look forward to working with you for a long time.

I went to avidia bank today and the first thing I noticed is the warm welcome from the bank tellers. I came to open an account and ended up opening 4 accounts and 2 for my children I love the programs they have to offer to keep them excited to save more money. And I love how Maria Valle took care of me giving me a step by step of all of my accounts I really appreciate and she's very friendly and patient. Keep up the good work and I am glad I have joined your bank it was a great experience. I also want to mention her boss Jeremy Brandon, he came in to help and he was very kind. He went over with me on some things I needed to know and welcomed me aboard. I really do recommend this bank this place is awesome very happy to joined.
