Renter beware!! This location has an obvious scam going on for up-selling by telling you they do not have the vehicle size you reserved. Expect to spend about 1-2 hours easily as they perform this odd chaos creating scene leaving you mid-transaction to go help someone else and rotating again at some point. I watched as this activity continued for every single customer in their office waiting to rent their vehicles. Since I. Had to stand around waiting if and wondering where the heck the rep went - the location and office are very small so she could not have gone far I thought — I began speaking to other customers about the ridiculous circus we were all experiencing that morning.  Interestingly enough, we were all experiencing the same issue — our reserved size car was not available, but they would “give” us an upgrade for $Xx. Well I rented the size I chose for a reason, I did not want to spend more money unnecessarily.  Since by that point I had been there for an hour, the frustrations across the board were enough to get me to agree just to get out of there.  I left with a large vehicle I didn’t want and spending more $$. I had family waiting for me who unfortunately had to wait that extra time because all 3 of those AVIS/Budget/Uber Rent employees were all pushing these upgrades to earn their commission.  I reported them to Costco because it was such an inconvenience overall that I sensed it was not the service Costco wants their customers to experience. I was correct. Costco was amazing and assisted me with the matter immediately. Extra fees removed and that location is most likely going to lose the contract with Costco.  So save yourselves the headache of using this location. It won’t matter if you are a preferred customer or a new customer—it won’t make a difference here.

This was actually one of the best Avis rental places I’ve ever been to.  The guys at the counter were super friendly and the rental experience was great.  I’ve rented from a ton of Avis-es across the country and this place was among the best.  Good job

Currently renting a rental from Avis! I recently lost my father and in the mist of loosing my father it sees  like life hit me really hard and my world was shaken with debt dealing with my father funeral cost. Avis like every other  business has a program and system they operate of, but I personally would like to give the manager Josh his flowers at this location because he has went above and beyond and was able to work with me in a time of  hardship  Most people’s good customer service experience they forget, but this experience is  unforgettable thank you Josh ! You honestly deserve higher recognition for your work service!

Terrible customer service by Josh with an overcharge that was his own negligence, he said he fixed it but never did  or adjusted and i never got the credit. We've been there 5 times to have him fix it and he continues to give excuses having me go get the credit card and never fixing it,. I will be making a huge complaint to Corporate.

Bad cars. Not clean. Keep you 45min to give you the car. They clean it when you wait. The car not ready. No car carpets. Car with scratches. Engineer makes noise  reps work slow ….  Bad bad bad

I was overcharged for my rental before I left the establishment I was told it would be adjusted.  I was over charged almost $360 extra on $520 car rental.  Note I worked on the industry a while back and know what is standard and what is super dirty.   This triggered me to look at past rental agreements and overcharging and not be honest is what this location does.  I rented over 8 weeks last year.  In my opinion it just not worth it. You will spend a lot more at this location if u use it.  Below that acted like they would help but they just waisted my time.   There are rental companies who are transparent save yourself the headache.

Took them 25 minutes just to go get my car, once they got it it had to be cleaned. I drive off the lot 45 minutes later and all tires were low on air so had to go back. Took another 15 minutes to fill tires.

Rip-off! We have rent a car by avis with a flight crew discount. I already paid online for everything and it really covered everything in advance. So we picked up the car at lax airport, the employee also told us that we already paid for everything,  we just have to refuel the car fully before our return.  So far so good. Then we returned the car after 2 days at this Station. Fully refueled. Everything Was fine. We even said once again: we put gas in it. The employee said: thats alright,  just leave the Keys. And we thought this is it. Now i got charged by avis again over 100 US Dollars. On the Check were a lot of fees for which i already paid in advance and even a very high fuel Service fee!!!! Thats ridiculous! There was not even a little space left for one Drop of Gas! It Was fully refueled!!! And then you charge over 80 US Dollars? Although i have just paid at the gas Station? I want my money back!

Staff were very attentive and helpful.  9am is a really busy time. Either way, I wouldn't show up in a hurry. They seemed a little short staffed,  but who isn't these days.. the staff were very professional

Now avis charged us again by over 100 US Dollars. We called the hotline and they told us on our receit were a lot of fees which we already paid in advance and even a fueling fee of 80 $!
