If I could give this establishment 6 stars I would!!! Honestly, this is the only place that In want to rent cars from. I've rented from both Budget and Avis at his location and every experience is amazing. They are quick, the customer service is outstanding and the cars are clean and reliable. Big shout outs to Anastasia and Inna Manager who are excellent examples of what customer service should look like in EVERY industry, not just the rental car industry. I always look to this location FIRST before I rent from anywhere. No one else come close.
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Avis car rental due to a series of problems with the vehicle I rented. From the moment I picked up the car, it was clear that it had not been properly maintained. Customer representatives are good. Issue is with the car. Soon after hitting the road, I started experiencing issues with the car's engine. It was clear that the vehicle had not been thoroughly inspected or serviced prior to my rental. The engine would frequently sputter and lose power, making for a stressful and unsafe driving experience. I had to pull over multiple times and wait for the engine to cool down before I could continue my journey. Car was shaking even when stopped at stop light.
Horrible service. Suggest going to a better car rental location. I ended up going somewhere else. Their store rep has zero customer service skills.
Avis promised a car. It never arrived after numerous calls and promises. Missed the first two hours of an important meeting. Their not reliable.
I want to say a huge thank you to this company, in particular to employee Inna and all her assistants, very polite and fast service, customer focus, excellent cars and excellent rental conditions, I was very pleased, 5 stars are determined
Great staff! Very helpful, always give friendly curtesy call/reminder of return and pick up. Offer upgrades when they are available. All cars are clean and new.

I rented a car for 8 days thru AARP, and I was sent a written confirmation. I decided to pick up the rental 1 day earlier. The Employee did NOT tell me that the original quoted price was voided. AVIS phoned me after I had the car for approx. 3 days and told me that I should return it immediately. I advise that I was scheduled to keep the Rental until June 20 and that my NEW total for Rental of 9 days was $599.28 NOT $419.02. Customer Service was contacted, but wouldn't make an Adjustment to the Correct numbers. Also, I didn't receive an AARP Discount for the first day that I picked up the rental, which was paid separately. Also I had to return the Card 2 days early; since, my NEW return time was 11::30 AM not 3PM as originally scheduled. I could NOT get a ride with family who worked on June 20 Monday, so I returned the car on Saturday June 18. It turned out that I paid $590.14 for 7days instead of $419.02 for 9 days.
