Five Stars for great costumer Service. We booked a car ahead, they gave us the possibility to choose between different cars with no extra charge. Before giving the car to us, they check it again to be sure everything is alright. Special thanks to Zac for his great service, du bist der beste.

Had to have a rental for 13 weeks due to repairs on my car. This location was extremely helpful and accommodating! I would go here 100 times before trying to call the national line.

Beware and check your credit card statements. They charged my card for fuel two times a month after rental car was returned. Called to get situation handled with no results.

Great rental spot, great customer service, and the management specifically Mohammad was very helpful and made sure that all of our needs were met.

I recently was unable to locate a rental car at the last minute. A friend suggested I try this location directly because online all locations had no availability. I called directly, yes they had cars available and the service was definitely over the top. Enterprise just lost a customer to Avis, because they have cars and convenient Sunday hours. Thank you Avis.

I don’t rent a lot of cars, but when I have I’ve generally been treated like a customer. When I went to this facility I felt less than human.  To begin with, the staff was rude, the car had a dead battery in the key fob, was overdue for an oil change, and their hours were not customer friendly which resulted in a higher charge.  The employee that did my walk around was monosyllabic at best and the employee that did my check out provided false information.  I had an unforeseen situation with my personally owned vehicle and needed to return the rental car to a facility closer to my home. The person that I spoke with in Spartanburg told me that I had to bring the car back to this facility but after a very short phone call with corporate I found out, for a fee, that I could return it to the Avis in my hometown. If you want to rent from Avis that’s great, just rent from the one at the airport.

I had a great experience renting my vehicle from this Avis location. Customer service is spectacular. As an Avis preferred member I rent vehicle often and haven’t even into customer service as impressive as this location: I highly recommend renting from here. They will go above and beyond to make sure your accommodated in the vehicle you like not just what’s available. Thanks again and I will be back.

We rented a white mini van for almost 2 weeks and they were amazing help! The van was clean, the service was amazing and the guys working in the front were respectful and helpful. Highly recommend! We have rented from them twice now and won't go anywhere else. Thank you Budget/Avis!

I had a much better experience than most here. I was dropping off a car, and when I called to confirm closing time, the fellow that answered gave me the info I and explained what to do if I arrived after closing time. When I did drop it off the agent handled it quickly and competently although I must admit he could use some time in charm school, and I observed the office to be plainly furnished but clean enough.

So right when you open the door the place is filthy. I walk up to the counter and I am lied to repeatedly about the car that I am getting. After that I was told that I couldn't see the car unless I signed for it. Once I sign for the car I realize that I was lied to about what car it is. When the car pulls up it wasn’t vacuumed, the seats were stained and they car smelled like smoke. When I explain that to them they tell me that I have to be charged one day for the car and they charge me double the daily rate I would have paid if I kept the car. They couldn't explain why the price was so high or show the invoice all they gave me was a receipt.
