This was my first time renting, due to my history of “nothing can ever go easy” and I was worried sick over renting a car for vacation.  I found this Avis and I’m so glad I did.  I reserved car online, they had my car ready early, it was the easiest process ever.  Even got a bigger and nicer car than I originally asked for mostly cause i was being cheap I went in, paid my hold deposit, and I was off on my rental car.  100% will use them again

Didn't even know we had a car rental agency at the airport in Elizabethton, so we decided to give them a try for our trip to Orlando. We couldn't have been happier. Wonderful customer service, great clean automobile, awesome pricing, and convenience. I highly recommend them to everyone in our area. They helped make our vacation great, and it really made a difference. Will definitely be back!

Great place to rent a car and they were cheap and he were prompt and polite And they were amazing the people that work there were so good and professional that I couldn't say anything bad at all about them download Enterprise don't go to anywhere else until you check this place because they'll beat the price they'll give you a better vehicle and when you bring it back they're not going to send you a picture of a car that's been totaled blaming you for the damage....  Enterprise does that they did it to me they did it to my dad and they've done it till a lot of people If you bring a car back and there's any kind of problem or even if there's not sometimes they turn around and send you a bill with a car and a picture of it The one they sent me was a different model and make car not even the same color and it was completely totaled The only thing that was wrong with the one I had was a blister on the tire and they wouldn't have noticed except I pointed it out to them...  But we're talking about Avis they were great they were amazing the gentleman walked me out to the car went over it with me and he noted every little spot on that car I mean from damage and dings to small scratches and discolorations then when I got back he signed it off immediately as fine And even thank me because I picked up the trash and other stuff out of it rather than leave it for them to do.  What a great place and a personal thank you to the gentleman named Logan who took care of me at the Avis I went to

Great customer service and excellent vehicle. I rented a 2022 Toyota Camry SE and loved it. Highly recommend!
