Always have my car ready after reservation has been made. Friendly staff and great cars. Affordable!

Do not use this company. You would have better luck riding a bike to your destination. After confirming our reservation the day prior, we arrive to a closed facility. The phone numbers on the door are useless, because those people can’t help you either. Maybe selling the vehicles and closing the store might be a better business venture for these people. It would take less skill.

I have had a rental agreement set up for two weeks now. I arrive today for my scheduled 7 am pickup. Because their previous customer did not drop their car off last night they want me to drive a twelve passenger van until 11 to come pick up another vehicle. Like I don’t work. They couldn’t even offer me a discount. These people do not offer a reputable business and only care about themselves and making money for themselves. It does not matter how they inconvenience people who are trying to utilize their service. They couldn’t even offer a discount for the inconvenience. These people are not good at running their business and shouldn’t be used unless you want to be mistreated and waste your time.

Young lady that works there is really nice and friendly. She got me in and out in no time and even a free upgrade.

I rented a car from Kansas City to St. Joseph. I was told I could return a car at the night drop, so I did. I was charged for a full additional day. I keep trying to call and request help and being denied a refund for the second day when this location can check their cameras and see I even dropped if off a hour early. So instead of $125 for a rental they charged me $269. Which is ridiculous when I did everything I was told to do!! No credit for use at another time. No refund. Just told no. Their customer service over the phone said it was okay for the night drop and now that I have been charged, they are telling me no. This is the worst customer service, and I am not happy whatsoever!!

All bad. Ended up having to cancel my reservation because nobody was at location at 8 a.m. on a Saturday.. even waited another 45 minutes..

Everything was great until I returned the van, the gentleman checked the mileage and came back and said " did you go to the beach?" I replied "yes we did".  The tone from him quickly changed from friendly to abrupt with him stating "that sand has to be cleaned out or you will be charged $250". I have rented from other businesses for beach vacations and this was the 1st time I was ever told this. My husband and I took the van and spent an hour vacuuming it and then returned it. The associate was still "chastising" me about the sand and how it and pet hair are horrible to clean out of their vehicles. I guess my advice is if you are going somewhere sandy or you are taking a pet think twice about renting from here.

We rented a car here last week and it was a breeze. Thanks guys, the car was nice and clean. The building is a small space, but they are huge on customer service and friendliness, which is very important in my opinion. We will be renting from them again.

Didn't have the car they said they would.  They wanted to put us in a bigger vehicle that used more gas at a higher price.

Not dependable. Didn’t have vehicle that was paid for in advance with reservations over 3 months prior. Showed up day of, no vehicle and no substitute. If I had been given notice maybe could have booked somewhere else. No one with in an hour had a vehicle for our family vacation
