Avis Car rental in Kingston surprised me their absolutely friendly staff and personal touch. If you are new to place and have no clue how to navigate around especially during a start for a school year Roy from Avis car truly makes it nice and easily. His friendly and helpful tips makes the trip all the more successful. When I described my needs, Roy ensured I get the car that suite my needs. That made half my trip easy. Thanks again Roy for your support and customer friendly attitude. Avis/Budget car rental at Kingston highly recommended especially if you are stressed out parent helping your kid settle into the University.

Cannot recommend Avis enough for the service we received after travelling from England and turning up to enterprise 29/05/23 for them to tell us that they in fact did not have the car we booked months in advance available and that they had no desire to help us resolve the problem. I called Avis Kingston extremely distressed to be completed calmed by the man on the other side of the phone, who provided exquisite service and said he could get a car for us right away. When arriving at Avis, the man whose name unfortunately I did not get, made us feel calm, comfortable and reassured. He ensured we had a wonderful vehicle and upgraded us to an SUV. I was laughing within minutes and he really turned out day around and saved our trip we had been planning for months. Super easy to drop off in a different location as we were doing a road trip and nothing was a trouble for this guy. So many thank yous!!!!

Customer service is excellent, we’ve used avis for our rental car needs multiple times in Kingston! Very friendly, personable, and professional. Despite avis being a chain, they really make it feel like a human experience. Also, the rentals are cheaper/similar price to enterprise and have never had any issues with avis! Definitely recommend

Reservations online with AVIS is super easy and convenient, they also give very competitive and discounted prices.  Roy is super friendly, professional and goes above and beyond to assist clients and meet their expectations/needs.  I have rented car several occasions there, last time I did was really awesome experience as Roy picked newest and best vehicle  on the lot for me, he even picked me up from my residence and best still, he stayed up late past working hours to help me out with my reservation. I got very good discounts each time and Roy was always making sure my and other clients' needs were met, he is always addressing clients with courtesy and friendliness.  Thanks Roy, keep up the excellent work.

When we had to visit Avis Kingston for a flat tire on our Avis car rented in Toronto the service was non-existent. We had already changed the tire ourselves using the vehicle's spare but Avis Kingston was unwilling to offer any help. Only after calling the Toronto office which in turn called Kingston were we provided with an alternate vehicle. We were grateful for the support from Toronto but regretted the difficulties posed and wasted time in Kingston.

I can’t be more impressed with the service I received from Avis, absolutely customer friendly very accommodating and puts customers first. Made the start of my school year absolutely stress free. Commendable staff. Thanks Roy for your help.

Have to get rentals from here when going on work trips.  Tires on vehicles in the past have been dangerously over inflated, but they did not have issues last time I had a rental.  The girl working the counter can't seem to finish a single task without starting 5 new ones and it makes for a very frustrating rental experience.

Great service. Our car went kaput and my wife needed to catch a flight early the next morning. It was after hours, but we reached the owner and he went back to his store when a car came in. Worked a couple of extra hours to help us! In a pinch, use them. They will take your problem seriously and do their best to help.

Avis car rental is the best in the city of Kingston, The service I received is awesome, so customer friendly, compassionate, the car is in an excellent condition and so pocket friendly as well. I must also commend the manager of Avis, Thank you for your help.
