Just within the year, I've probably rented around 4 times. AVIS has been exceptional every time! Mac has been great to work with and always provides the perfect vehicle I need for the trip. AVIS has delivered and not let me down. Definitely will continue to be a customer here.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with this Avis and  in particular the current owner/operator.  On several occasions he has gone above and beyond in so many ways.  For example, he noticed something that would, had I not addressed it, cost me a lot of money had I not addressed it   Only sort of related to the rental and instead of making money off of me, he saved me a ton.  Not only that, while waiting for my Uber to return me to my house, I watched him interact with several other customers and the dude is just the most decent and honest person I've been around, and he is a young man.  He also gave one customer a ton of advice about car purchases because he had been a car salesman in the past.  For something that is usually a transactional business, he is above and beyond as a great person.  I wouldn't rent from anyone else right now. Here are the other things that were great about  the experience.  Everything was clean They had the car I actually reserved Unusual in Rental World Everything was very professional. There were no surprise fees.  I think that some of the poor reviews were for previous ownership/management.  This dude is awesome.

Always appreciate the customer service that I receive from the AvisOlathe location. These gentlemen are always professional and kind. There has never been any issues with the cleanliness of my vehicles, and they always smell as if they had been cleaned proper. if for some reason they didn't have a vehicle I want, they have even made time to go pick one up for me. I would recommend this location 100%, stay blessed!

I've rented cars from about every rental company know to man...but my most recent 5 rentals have been here due to the great prices. And now, because of the excellent customer, Avis in Olathe will always be my #1 choice. I'd like to thank Tony and give him a HUGE shout out as he spent several hours working on a unique situation with me to ensure I got into a vehicle that day! Giving out his personal number and working past closing time, this young man has made me a loyal Avis customer!

Tony your the man! What a cheerful face to see when disgruntled but pleasant and desperate customers come in with little hope of success, since we walked in with no reservation! You really came through with a dream car, fantastic rate and in a jiffy! What excellent skills to make our trip wonderful after all. We have been turned away with a standing reservation twice this year at 2 other rental agencies. The worst service finally brought us to find a new place to Bragg about and come back to for all car rentals! Love it, and much gratitude and appreciation Tony.  Thank you

This one of the best experiences I have had with renting a vehicle.  Their team went up and beyond to help me keep a rental at an AMAZING rate for longer than I anticipated.  Hamed and the team over at AVIS are super knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.  Definitely recommend this team off Santa Fe!

Extremely helpful staffs and the process was so smooth. Didn’t take more than a couple of minutes during pick up or drop off. Their prices were also reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use their service in the future.

I scheduled a pick up at 2pm. They called at 1:50 to tell me that they do not have any cars left and that I would have to go to Grandview to get a car if I still needed it. When I asked how they planned to compensate me for my time and gas getting to Grandview the guy said it wasn't their fault, that it was because other customers didn't return cars on time and then argued with me about how far it was to Grandview. So I went to Grandview because I had to have a car. The guy in Grandview said that the Olathe location has been doing this to their customers almost everyday for months. The car he gave me had dried mud on the floor in the back. Like a lot of mud. Still no apology, no discount, no nothing. I ended up returning the car a day early and asked if I still had to pay for the extra day even though I am not using it. The guy explained their whole billing process and the deposit but still never answered my question. I had to sort it out on the receipt later but it printed half off the paper so I'm still not sure. Never again Avis. Never again.

I had a morning reservation with Avis. And this is what I was given as an upgrade. This is the Avis in Olathe Kansas. I do not recommend this place at all. Spoke to the manager and he says that they do not have the ability to wash cars and suggested  that I go to a car wash and wash the car myself after paying $500+ very unprofessional. It is so unfortunate that I will be driving around in a car that looks like they have been driving around in a swamp. I wish I can give a negative star for this buffoonery!! This was soo disrespectful. Im thinking about switching to enterprise.

I would not rent from them again. We prepaid to guarantee a car. We received a text telling us we were confirmed. We were 10 minutes away and received a phone call to say they had no more cars!!!!  We ended up getting a car the following day from another Avis location. We returned the car a day earlier than expected and we’re told there were NO refunds since we prepaid. We paid for 4 days and only had the car for 2 of those days
