The BEST Bacon egg and cheese on a toasted butter bagel that I've tasted.
This unassuming deli has outrageous food! I was there recently and under the recommendation of a friend, I ordered a couple of the al pastor tacos and a large order of plantains. They packed enormous flavor into those little corn tortillas! I ordered 3, but could have eaten a dozen they were so good. But then it got even better. I love plantains, but never have I had them served with crema. Simply life altering. They were sweet and savory...Everything you could possibly want out of plantains. I would highly recommend stopping by here for some quick food and heavenly plantains!
I absolutely love this place, it’s my new favorite local spot. The staff is super friendly, the food is amazing and they have the best coffee in town!
The desayuno salvadoreño is amazing - one of my favorite breakfasts in Nyack. Staff are very friendly. Prices are great. Avispa is a wonderful part of Nyack and worthy of support!
