Aw - Rock Springs

The fries were old and soggy and the burger was barely warm. Worst of all Halfway through eating my burger I found a black curly hair on the cheese... Appalled and I recommend you avoid this place. Gives the A&W franchise a bad name.

The food was really great. One problem was that the rootbeer was out everywhere in the store. If you knew it was out. You should have another case on time for it to be there when you run out. Another problem we had was the service. A lady who is short has glasses and short hair with a small ponytail treated me and my friend like we were kids. We also tried to order something and she refused to give it to us for no reason. Everything else was fine. But it just angers me how she treated us.

Food was great although it took forever to get. Workers however have nasty attitudes and for no reason. As soon and we walked in they were giving dirty looks, and just being plain rude. While ordering there was a good line in front of us and only one person working the register. She was the sweetest girl so I feel bad she has to work with the people in the back. Took us forever to get our food because one worker was looking at us every 10 second while the other was laughing and chatting with her in the back. Again the food was great the and the workers must hate their job to be so rude to people for no reason.

My first time eating there...made my order wrong 3 times! 3rd time I just stuck with it. My mom had a similar experience; Made her order wrong twice. No apology from anyone. The food didn't taste very well. The bread is 2-3 times thicker than the meat. The fresh made rootbeer dispenser was already out of order??? The store just opened! Our order cost OVER $20!! In my opinion, that's too expensive for 2 people to receive wrong or gross food. I hope they improve but I won't be back.

There is NO A&W here. Other reviews say it burned down several years ago, yet they still have the signs up. Only reason I stopped here was for food. Now I wasted my time and have to go somewhere else. Also, stop replying to people’s reviews about it not existing if you don’t actually do what you say you will in your reply. So ridiculous that the A&W hasn’t been here in forever yet you don’t take down your signs.

We periodically travel from South Dakota to see family in Utah and Idaho. Our family loves stopping here on the way home. The food has always been great and the atmosphere is fun. They were short handed last night when we stopped, but still did a great job.

I decided to give A&W another chance yesterday 1/6/20 and I most definently will not be giving it another. The restaurant was empty. And our cashier was less than friendly or attentive to our order. My boyfriend asked for a large drink, they only had small cups. Which fine, I understand things happen. We proceed to order the rest of our meal which included a PLAIN cheese burger due to allergies. We get home and find that the cheeseburger is not plain and our food is cold. We don't live far from A&W so to open up our food to room temperature fries and burgers was very upsetting. Not impressed A&W I will not be back.

Place needs a good cleaning. Staff was friendly enough. But there was melted dessert all over the counter advertisement. The backsplash on the soda fountain looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.

Went there cause of a and w. Don't be fooled yet haven't took down the sign or the sign in the freeway. THERE IS NO A&W HERE ANYMORE! It would be nice if the owners to take the sign down asap!!!

Clean lobby and friendly customer service, tho there was a lady who was ahead of me who ordered onion rings and a freeze then threw the biggest fit because she didnt get fries when she didnt order any and demanded them immediately. I feel bad for the cashier who was about to cry. I believe the manager handled it well given the audacity of the person who was throwing the tantrum.
