Associated Wholesale Grocers (AWG) is a retailer-owned cooperative with a complete assortment of grocery, fresh meat, fresh produce, specialty foods, health care, and general merchandise items. Through an extensive distribution network, AWG and its subsidiaries deliver to 3800 stores in 30 states. The Nebraska Division was merged into an AWG distribution center in 2016.

Our mission is to ensure the success of our member retailers and provide opportunities to our employees. This will be accomplished by satisfying the customers’, and our member retailer’s, needs for quality supermarket merchandise and superior support services. We will do this with high quality employees whose mission is to provide the lowest possible cost of goods in order to ensure our members’ profitability, competitiveness and continued growth.

I missed my appointment and they had me rescheduled as soon as they opened. Once in the door I was unloaded within 30 mins, plus I had truck trouble and the yard dog was willing to try to help.
Attention Truckers: You want to enter this facility from the south side of the building, not the north. If your driving on Omaha Ave you will see an intersection that has Auto Express, Arby's, and Perkins Restaurant nearby. Turn onto Johny Carson Blvd Hwy 81 headed southbound. Next you'll see a Love's on your right. Turn right onto Monroe Ave. Stay on that road as it bears right and you should see security check in. Make sure to have a safety vest on you at all times. Check in with security if making delivery. Security will than tell you to park in the staging area until they call you with an assigned door. I recommend you come here early if your appointment is at night time because the staging area can fill up fast with other drivers. Also there is no overnight parking here, I recommend using "trucker path" app to find a place after your done here. 4 hours later I got a door assignment when I was delivering here. Depending on where your door is will determine how easy or challenging your backing will be. After I docked I had to slide my tandems back and check in at receiving. Next, Receiving than told me to check in with the lumper service Capstone. My lumper was pre-paid so you may or may not have to pay lumper fee. 3 hours later Capstone called me and said I was unloaded and can get my signed BOL's. Than I checked out at security in which they looked inside my trailer to verify that I'm empty. Overall I can see why this place get's so many bad reviews. Lumpers are never appealing, I spent almost 8 hours here, and there's no overnight parking. Only 2 positive thing were the doors on the west side are easy to back into, and the staff was respectful to me thought other truckers have mixed experience's with the staff here. It would be best to have a drop-n-hook arrangement with this place because live unloading here, a truckers time and patience is not gonna be taken into consideration.
Security guard is soo rude..showing big attitude with drivers..they will check u before appointment but ask u staging in the outside lot and call u for door # . After loading or unloading wn u coming back to Security...they were ask u 3 times to do not staying in our property...it bullshitt...no respect for drivers...it doesn't matter it's midnight or 4 clock in the morning u have to out there property after loading or unloading
Drivers avoid this place. Had an appt at 9pm checked in at 5pm, got a door by 10pm and released at 4am. They don’t respect drivers and NO overnight parking after checking out. Not coming back no more
Do not come here.l have appointment at midnight now it’s 3 am.they gave me a door the open the door put the red light and that’s it l still wait to be unloaded.never ever again in this place
I checked in at 23:30 for a 00:01 delivery got a door around 00:30 .. everything was going good at that point.. it’s just now 07:45 just not leaving
Arrived @1937 for a 2100 appointment. Got called to a door at 2120. Been at door for almost a hour and haven't even started unloading. Finally unloaded by midnight. But still waiting on green light and pw. This place is sloowww. Super easy backing though...only reason for 1 star. So far believe all the negative reviews
For truckers... Our experience was different from most of these reviews. Our appt was 23:00 the Monday after Thanksgiving. We arrived at 20:00 and checked in. Were kindly told that if we needed to park later we could stay on the property as long as we didn't check out. Parked in the staging area, which was almost full, and called to dock within an hour...a full 2 hours before appt. Unloading began within 15 minutes, called Capstone and got lumper taken care of as soon as we were green lighted. Literally out of there 30 minutes after our original appt time. Grand total 3.5 hours. No complaints here.
Avoid this place. 6+hr to get unloaded. All negative reviews are correct. No parking. Loves a 1mi away. The truck entrance is after the Loves. Do not follow google. Lumper fees $410 and NO option to pay without your CC. Everywhere are fees commissions for lumpers $13+ which they do not show on the final receipt.
Make sure you follow all their rules safety vest, 4-ways on, only allowed to park in lot 4 hrs before appt, and don't stay after they finally get you empty, so they can keep you all night. They are in absolutely no hurry to get the truck empty. I'm going on 5 hours, the last 2, waiting on my paperwork.
