Since 1986, AYC Health & Fitness has been known as one of the most unique fitness centers in Kansas City. Clients work out in private studios with an in-house personal trainer.

We don’t have membership fees or an “open gym.” Instead, you and your trainer have the entire studio space to yourselves. This ensures all of the equipment available to you when you need it.
