Dr.Risser is one of the most knowledgeable Drs I know. She takes time to talk with you and helps with your Medical needs. She is the BEST!!

I normally see Tiffany Polo, NP. And she is amazing and gives the best care and spends the time needed with you. I have also saw Dr. Robert Rose and he was fantastic as well!! Highly recommend these 2 providers!

Just very unorganized practice with lack of communication between employees. My medications are never on time and iv gone weeks without medication

Dr. Risser is wonderful, so much so that I followed her from Chester to this location! Everyone at this practice, from the staff at the front desk, to the sweet young lady that took my blood and distracted me from the needle by asking me about my cats, have all been absolutely wonderful. A special shout out to Whitney the referral coordinator who has gone above and beyond assisting me with my referral requests!

Had an appointment today with Dr Robert Rose I was seen on time we addressed my problem ,was not rushed. followed up on things from last visit. Love him. So glad I found him . referred friends to him and they were pleased with him too. The nurse was very nice and so was the front desk ladies.

Dr. Andreya Risser has been our family Doctor since 2012 and she is Absolutely Outstanding!! Always caring, professional, and totally knowledgeable about medicine and treatment. We give her and the Aylett Medical Center our Highest Recommendation! We appreciate Dr. Risser so much that we are more than happy to drive the 44 miles to get to this Medical Center to be treated by her after she left the Ironbridge Medical Center which was just 4 miles from our home!

Couldn't get an appointment scheduled. The receptionist refused to answer simple questions such as "Do you accept ____ insurance?" Quite disappointed.

I have been going to AMC for years and years. The nurses and doctors are wonderful and really care about their patients. BUT the office management goes through periods of terrible service. Apparently they are in such a service slump right now. I just had to wait 20 minutes on hold just to make an appointment. The scheduling of the appointment in itself took almost 10 minutes. And after 30 minutes taken out of my busy day, I wasn't talking to a person in the office but a call service. Please go back to the system where I pushed one number and got through to a person who knows what is going on. To make matters worse, at the end of the call I was asked to take "a three-question survey", which as you can imagine I was looking forward to. The first question was "was your call answered in a timely manner", and when I answered that it was not, the survey was over. Such abysmal customer service!!

Dr. Rose and the staff were very welcoming. This was our first visit.

Used to be decent they're absolute trash now.
