I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor with six years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults in New Jersey. My primary area of expertise is both mental health and substance abuse/dependency.
I utilize variety of therapeutic techniques, which includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness based CBT, Gestalt Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Client Centered Therapy based on the needs of the clients.
I integrate complementary techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client that emphasizes thinking, feeling and doing. My approach is to provide support and feedback to help people discuss and address their most personal challenges. I help people address problems proactively and become more involved in their own lives in ways that minimize suffering, promote growth and improve sense of satisfaction.
