A staff that truly cares about each individual's visit, I have rarely had to sit long waitingmore time has been myself checking in on tablet, which can be done before you get there. Everyone from Dr. Haq to all the staff: thank you, stay safe, take care; and continue to pass it all on!

Dr Haq is an amazing Dr that really cares about his patients. I go here because of him. The staff is also very friendly and professional. I would recommend this office

Dr. Haq was very nice. The place was clean. All the staff was kind, courteous, and professional.

Used to get great care there. Now it is wait and wait and 7 minute visit with doctor and then have have nerve to mark extensive focused visit on form. I feel like I don't count and my life does not matter at this office. Must make a seperate appt for each individual problem or referral you need. Ridiculous

I received a letter of withdrawal from case by the compliance officer. "After careful consideration, due to the inappropriate behavior,". She removed me from all AZA locations due to my desire to record my medical health business. They charge $20 on a slide A scale. They only want to take 15m with you. Won't take the time to show you a scan even if you bring your own laptop. They seem to take pride in being quick. Sadly, it seems all of healthcare is just like this. Question it, get a second opinion, ask reaffirming questions will get you special treatment where they will treat you like a hypochondriac. Anyone got a doctor that follows their entire oath?

Worse place ever nasty very rude staff needless to say my children will never been seen here again... Pediatric doctor was very rude to my child no bedside manners what so ever.. adult side is a joke can't never get a straight forward answer after ALL day for nothing

1stsr is better than what I went to give. 2 minutes late due to traffic, yes my fault. But to roll your eyes and have attitude towards a 15 year old who is there for mental support. My sister came for help and all they did was cause her more problems. The therapist was rude and didn’t handle things right. Knowing what she was there for she should have been a little calmer and helpful, not roll her eye at her! Not to mention she wouldn’t even come out to talk to me the adult ! She was okay being rude to a kid but wouldn’t come and explain to me the whole issue

I love my doctor Dr. H he is kind. However, it is hard to get a quick referral or sick appointment as they are understaffed. The nurses are also very caring.

Do not go to this place they do not care for patients you will most likely die first. My wife needed a order to be seen for a lump in her breast and it has now been three months waiting on Azela health for a letter that takes 2 minutes to write up. Seriously this place along with Palatka hospital needs to be shutdown

Azalia Health in Palatka is ALWAYS screwing up. They made my daughter's appointment for 11:15 when we got there we waited over half a hour just for them to tell us they messed up on her appointment and she could not be seen until 1pm. For on my daughter could have stayed in day care longer and for two they keep on messing up on appointments. Also often the Dr's have bad attudes and like to talk over the parent's like they know there child more. I would give this place a 0.
