I love the apartment, but they don’t fix NOTHING. My apartment was newly renovated when I moved in. Within no time all hell broke loose. Mold/mildew, air keep going out, water tank needed to be replaced, apartment flooded, etc… Soo sad they won’t fix nothing. Potential is there for the right person to manage it cause the new management ain’t doing NOTHING!!!
The best thing for everyone to do is to take pictures of your disasters and report them to the Mississippi Department of Health. It is a shame for the citizens to pay their rent and need repairs done, but they won't do it or they PATCH IT UP TO SHUT YOU UP TEMPORARYLY! Let me get a picture in my possession and I will help you all out! I'll report it for everyone and get some justice done!
These are the most horrible apartments I wouldn’t even give them a one star rating. Roaches are horrible in here. I stay buying my own pest stuff to help limit them. Air conditioner stays frozen up. A child got killed in the apartments. I had stuff get stolen out of my apartment. I had a guy try to kick my door in of my apartment and filed a police report. This is a very unsafe apartment complex. People are selling drugs out in the parking lot. There not kept up at all and the mold is horrible in here. They go up on rent and charge a bunch of extra fees without letting you know they claim they stuck a note on my door which I never received. Definitely wouldn’t recommend these apartments
Everyone had been extremely nice and very helpful. The property was clean and well maintained and the overnight security has been on point.
This apartment complex should be shut down I lived there for 1 month and Kristi was the landlord at the time... I have a death in my family and was late 3days and she had already file eviction before the 5th and when I got home from work my locks was changed smh so I lost everything I had #worst experience ever
Joseph was very nice and professional the place looks like they care and will fix things when needed . I'm looking forward to getting into my apartment.
There was fighting outside and ppl filming instead of trying to break it up, sad sad
The apartments are horrible, been here for seven months and the AC has only worked for one month. The manager is stuck up and has a attitude problem.
Nice quiet and clean place I would live there
Need maintenance work mode painted over need maintenance work badly give it a one
