All bad here, Boost Mobile Inc. remove these employee's, to all don't waste your time coming here!
Hate this place they are never open they never answer the phones and the customer service there really sucks !!! My grandma has been living over here for 40 years never had a problem with none of the stores. Get rid of all the workers here and hire new ones that actually greets, has customer service skills, and doesn’t have a problem doing it! I don’t recommend this place ! Go to the one on plaza Mexico
They are full of it cant answer a ? to see if they offer the service they said u must come to the store cant answer the ? to see if I need to go
Customer service really sucks. No type of help or solution to questions.
The worker was acting up I went today to change my line from metro to boost and they I ask for a ZTE he ask me for 50 to activate it so I paid then he charge me 25 cuz the activition fee he charge 9 for tax total 84 Aztecs wireless I'm not happy with my visit today he made me wait and I see it as races Just cuz I'm Hispanic
They sell refurbished phones and they are missing pieces. They promised me a phone "would be here Friday" I showed up Friday and it wasn't there -- then they tried to sell me something else AND charge me $70 more! I needed a phone so I paid them the $70 and they gave me the wrong charger. I came back for the right charger and they wanted another $30!!!!!!! I THREW MY PHONE ACROSS THE STORE AND SAW IT BREAK ON THE WALL AND LEFT I SHOULD HAVE THROWN IT IN HIS FACE
