They are AMAZING! I placed an order online from Hawaii at 10pm. They had it fulfilled the next day. I got a phone call confirmation of delivery and picture of the arrangement!! And I mean look at it GORGEOUS. The staff was so sweet- they took the time to read the order comments and fulfilled our special request with a handwritten card. 100% recommend them!!!! We ordered the e “Designers Choice Sympathy” and they really came through!

My daughter sent me an arrangement of lilies for Mother's Day. They were so fresh and fragrant and continued to open for two weeks! They made the whole room smell so wonderful! Couldn't believe how long they lasted! Thank you for such beautiful and fresh flowers!

B/A did our wedding flowers and they were gorgeous, exactly what we wanted! I hadn’t planned on preserving any of the flowers, but they were so beautiful that I am having my bouquet flowers dried and framed! They were just too pretty to throw away!

The flowers for my Mom's Celebration of Life were just perfect! Laurie and Cheryl worked with my sister and me on the theme and exceeded all our expectations! My Mom would have loved the colors and vibrancy of the flowers!

This review is for an online order through their website for a local flower arrangement delivery to a business in October 2022. I chose an autumn-themed flower arrangement, "Harvest Posie Vase", and it turned out even better than the reference photo on their website! I'm very happy with how nice the arrangement looked and it was delivered without any issues. When I need a flower arrangement in the future, I will definitely order through BA Florist again.

Floral arrangements even prettier than what's posted on the website! B/A florist does an excellent job providing arrangements that are somehow even more beautiful than advertised. Most recently we ordered a more modern arrangement - a couple white flowers at the top, beautiful greenery, and orchids - and the arrangement delivered was even more beautiful than what we had ordered. We use B/A yearly for mother's day and for birthdays, and could not be happier with the result.

B/A florist was absolutely the best choice I could have made for my flowers for my wedding. My mom has used them for her clients for years, and when I chose them, it was also because of a personal connection with the name Barbara Ann. After the experience I had with them, I would choose them all over again because the customer service they provided made organizing my wedding low-stress and the flowers they provided were everything I had envisioned. One of the things I asked for were colorful loose flowers for my hairdresser to add to my hair. I wasn't expecting such a beautiful outcome. I was in awe of the flowers provided and what my hair stylist was able to do with them. Thank you so much for making my day so beautiful.

The Sun Urn Arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. They made the perfect frame for our parents cremains at a celebration of their lives. The variety of colors and flower types are exactly on point and my parents would have loved them as much as we did. B/A delivered beautiful creations as well as great customer service at a fair price. Thank you!

I have been buying floral arrangements from B/A for DECADES now, and they NEVER fail to provide anything other than SUPERLATIVE works of floral art. Today's Mother's Day arrangement for my wife was yet another in a long line of stunners: an incredibly beautiful, tasteful collection. You really have to see it in person to appreciate the subtlety and complexity of it as opposed to a photo - attached - where it's sitting amidst kitchen table clutter!. I feel SO blessed to have such artisans in our quaint little town of East Lansing! :- PS Just used them AGAIN, for my wife's birthday, and once again they have created an absolutely GORGEOUS display.
