We specialize in custom designed plastisol heat transfers, which are hands down the absolute best heat transfer to use for commercial purposes.
We have 100+ designs and 30+ shirt style/colors for endless combinations. We want to make your shirt as unique as you are!
A plastisol heat transfer is screen printed with standard plastisol inks using a powdered adhesive for enhanced adhesion properties. This is the exact same process as traditional screen prints with an extra step - Instead of printing them on the shirt ahead of time the design is printed on a transfer sheet so it's portable. Once the customer chooses the design it is super-heated by an industrial strength heat press and attached to the shirt.
It washes and wears like any other screen print you purchase at a clothing store. The better you take care of it, the longer it will last.
