I have been with Nationwide since I moved here about 15 years ago. By far, the best Insurance Company I have ever had. Everyone there is always so helpful. They always go out of their way to make sure I am a happy and satisfied client. I could not imagine using another insurance Company, especially this location.

Talked to an agent named Kelly over aweek ago who said she would relay my question to Mr Chapman. Still waiting to hear back from him. I have since heard back from Mr. Chapman twice and I believe he is doing everything in his power to address my situation. At this point I've changed my rating to a 5 Star Review and I thank him for going the extra mile.

Chapman insurance always makes sure we are covered by reviewing our policy whenever there's an opportunity to save they always call and let us know! I have been with Nationwide for 28 years and would never change!

Brian Chapman listen to my concerns and took care of them which was much appreciated.  Getting a real person to talk with on the line was wonderful.

I am really going to miss this place. I recently moved and I am really bummed that I can't keep them as my insurance. Because I moved out of state. Always had the best customer service anyone could ask for.
