Would 0 star it if I could. I use the bus app to pay for my rides. As lately bus drivers have been nothing but rude. From yelling in my face, making me and another passenger cry, refusal of devices such as transfers, not wearing name tags, and not even caring to help an older man out who was crawling on his hands and knees! Not joking! I had to help him out while everyone else on the bus made just watched and the bus drivers didn't even help him! I will be sending this and more info about this to chico b-line, city council, and hopefully thd local news.
I appreciate you all, and all of your hard work. Working with the public is not easy, especially since Covid-19. It only takes a few moments of our time to be kind, and it takes more effort to frown than for you to smile; thank you ALL for your service B-Line Transit workers! :-

I use the buses to get around and it's usually reliable, but buses arriving significantly late is something worth taking into account cuz it happens, somewhat regularly too depending on the bus. Many bus drivers are super friendly! But ride with Bline long enough and you'll encounter some interactions you really wanna don't wanna go through. This is more likely to happen if the bus is running late. Usually the buses don't smell bad, but if you're sensitive to strong odors, beware, it can get bad on occasion, which sometimes is just unavoidable. Smoking is a big issue. Often times it's impossible to use the transit center without breathing in secondhand smoke, and that's not okay. Sometimes there's just so much, you can't even try walking around it. No one should be forced to breathe cigarette smoke if they don't want to, and there needs to be a clear way for people to use this pubic transit center without the health risk of secondhand smoke. I truly hope this issue gets addressed soon. I do enjoy that Bline and the transit center exist; it's my main source of transportation, and will continue to be.
Driver's are always so nice and polite. Great personalitys. This county has an excellent bus system and there always on time. Thank you all for serving us that don'tgot cars.
I have been moved to tears with one employee that is so inpatient with me. People need to be kind in this world. This has happened on more than one occasion. I get my head chewed off for not articulating my needs in a perfect manner. Definitely have a clash of personalities. I fear calling on days that I’m already maxed out
The driver's all answer my directional question's. I ask for the next or best bus to ride to my destination. I am happy to be at Chico the kneeling bus is Rolling with the times.
