Private Fitness Training
Hi guys...My name is Tamra Blackwell! I do private fitness training in a one-on-one supportive setting. I try to make each of my clients feel safe and un-judged on their journey to wellness.
I am a physical therapist assistant (PTA) and have a personal trainer certification from NASM. I am unable to treat injury under my PTA license in this setting but as a PTA am able to use my knowledge to specialize in fitness that is focused on corrective exercise. So if you are prone to injury or are worried about getting injured in a new fitness program, Im that gall for you! That being said...I am completely qualified and capable of training more advanced individuals in need of that extra push to reach their fitness potentials.
