This store was recommended by an associate at another store and I'm so glad I went there. The store is well kept and cleaned and smelled really good. The prices are very reasonable, and the items are in good condition. The sales lady was very kind and helpful and gave great customer service which is a plus. My family and I will definitely shop here regularly now that we know this gem is here.
Not clean! The lady was not helpful at all acted like I was the one to bother her. She was on the phone with some friend the whole time I was there and pretended not to be like she was talking to herself when I would come to the front. Everything I looked at was dirty and over priced I could just get brand new at Walmart for same price of cheeper. I am very disappointed and wasted gas coming here.

A nice place to get affordable baby clothes. However, some items in there are a bit pricey. This used jumper I saw was 60 dollars, which is pretty expensive for a baby thrift store. I felt like it was a bit musty in there too. The customer service is okay and I haven't had any bad experiences so far.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they make consignment very easy and simple. They give you the option to price your items yourself, or allow them to price your items. They have high standards for consignment items, which in turn means they have great items to purchase in their store. Baby items range from typical baby gear, like car seats strollers, play yards, clothes, shoes, toys and extra diapers. The store is very clean, organized and easy to look for though. I would highly recommend this store for consignment and baby/child product purchases.
Cute little store. Their stuff is used but well maintained and pretty cute, and I like the variety and most of the prices. But today when I went in, the clerk was so rude that I had to leave. I don't care what her problem was; you do not huff at customers and stomp around like we ruined your entire day. Rule 1 of customer service: If you wouldn't want to be treated that way, don't do it.
I bought a bouncer/lounger for my baby due soon. I was told that I would be able to return it if something electronically was wrong with it from the owner herself. I get home to clean it up and the inside of the battery pack was completely rusted out. I took it back and was then told I could only exchange it. The sales associate who helped me wasn't wearing her mask and was rude about the situation from the second I walked in. It ended in me getting a voucher of credit. Beyond spending the voucher, I will not be back nor recommend this place to anybody!
I have shopped here and picked up a few gems. I wanted to look again this morning, however, we went today at 10 Thursday and no one was there. I called later in the afternoon and no one picked up the phone. I guess it's hit or miss with business hours.
I will never do business with this company again, I will never step foot in their store, and I will go out of my way to discourage others from wasting their time and money at Babies N Things. I consigned items and while I was negligent in holding up my end, they were also negligent and will not admit to the fact. They accused me of breaching the contract while they did the same. The owner is very self serving and doesn't care to communicate or work with other people in a professional manner. And in case the owner actually bothers to read this review I would like to point out that the definition of the word 'accounting' as read in Meriam Webster Dictionary is: the system of recording and summarizing business and financial transactions and analyzing, verifying, and reporting the results. Your company failed to provide an accounting a report of the results of the items I brought to your company. It's more likely that in the last 10 years of business you don't remember the people who have found issue with your "contract" because it doesn't suit you than the fact that it hasn't happened.
