Babies"R"Us

I geninuely, hate Babies R Us indiscriminately. My husband, picked up a bed rail..it didn't fit our bed too big. I returned it but, without a reciept, so I was given store credit that Cannot be used online and Only used with my license. No other store, has this asinine policy Except Babies R Us. I loath this franchise.

They have everything here! Much better than the combination Babies r us Toys R us. Employees are very nice, the only downside is there can be long lines.

Helpful staff, will price match, have waited over half an hour to check out more than once.

The westbury store layout and service is much better. Only one cash register open and one customer service representative.

Always a pleasant experience going into babies r us.
