Great customer service! We had a piece of furniture come damaged, we called the store and Carlos took care of everything. He said he couldn't estimate how long it would take for the new piece, but he would keep us updated when he heard back from the manufacturer. He kept us informed the entire time and it took less then a week for the new piece. When it was delivered he checked it before calling to make sure it was perfect! Thank you for you for everything!!

I called the store to ask questions about an item I wanted for my registry, which wasn't in store. The lady was very polite and helpful. Lady was very respectful as she explained the reason why it was just online and asked me to come in to store to personally look at items she was going to show me based on style I wanted.

HORRIBLE! Went to purchase items on a baby registry & half of the items were not there. The manager stated when the registry was created it had to say unavailabel- when I told them it did not state that but stated in store pick up or delivery, they told me that's not true.... Maybe the person who created it didn't tell me. Then when I purchased items, the items were still listed as not purchased. I had to call the store, provide them with my transaction number & have them manually marked them as purchased. When I checked only one item was marked as purchased- SMH! Lesson learned! BYW: I am the one who created the registry for my daughter.

Love it but Don't order online. The warehouse supplies both toys r us and babies r us and they always send the wrong stuff even the store staff will warn you. FYI not everything can be swapped at the store if purchased online.

This store doesn't answer the phone. Customer service has no clue what is an in store or on line order. I wanted to check if the item i order a week ago was in stock and nobody is picking up. They tell me to go to the store and check if the item is in. Ma'am are your serious?

The website is horrible. Just spent 40 minutes on the phone with their customer service to order a crib because neither of their 2 advertised codes worked. She had to generate a special code and report that the other 2 weren't working. My time is worth more than the money I eventually saved...

I called the regristry and the lady had an attitude and wouldn't let me speak. although i like the store just very poor attendance and barley any manors.

Excellent place to shop and plenty of parking .. Shop everything for babies and some very hard to find items .. Mothers & fathers with babies this place is must visit .. very reasonable prices.

One-stop-shop for all of your rug-rat accessories. Great variety... Everything that you'll need.

Nice store alot of quality items, prices are high. But you're buying quality items.
