Placing an order is as simple as 1, 2, 3! Here are the ins, outs and all around on how to place an order.
When you see something you like, or have an idea of something you'd like, just send me a message. Let me know what it is that you're interested in purchasing and I will do my best to make it happen for you. We will then discus the details such as sizing, materials, prices and a rough estimate of when your order will be completed. Size is determined by a preset sizing chart with the average size for the age the item is required. Custom sizes are also available. It is your responsibility to request the correct size. Orders of $20.00 or more do require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost (shipping not included).
Once the finished product is set, trimmed, fluffed, and pressed to perfection I will send you a photo of it. Then we will make payment and shipping or pick up arrangements. It is the customers responsibility to pick up an order or pay for shipping. Local pick ups are on base, if access is an issue the customer can opt for shipping or contact me for other arrangements.
If paying with cash locally I do not always have change so it is best if you have the exact amount. When paying with a card I will send you an invoice via email. After payment is arranged you must follow through with it in a timely manner. After failed attempts or no shows for payments and or pick ups I will put your order up for sell or auction and will require an upfront payment on all of your future orders. Once your payment and address are confirmed I will ship out your order in less than 24 hours. Shipping is based on weight and is sent through First Class parcel with tracking so you can know where your order is at every moment. All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your order upon receiving it, please contact me within 24 hours so we can find ways to make your order match your expectations.

If you recommend family and friends to my business and they purchase an item you will also get a discount just let me know!

First I want to say how lucky and grateful I am to have such amazing customers as y'all are. My passion for this business would've never gotten to where it is today if it wasn't for your support. Thank you!
Now to some matters that I feel are of importance.
I take pride and put a lot of effort into every single item I make. I do my best to make them just as requested. All my items are handmade instead of being mass produced in a factory overseas which makes them more than just a bow or just a tutu, it makes them unique and special items crafted just for you.
As many of you know, I have a pretty quick turn around time. I can and almost always have items ready in a matter of days even hours. While this is easy to do when I have the materials in stock, custom orders do require more time. I need at least 2 weeks notice when a custom order is placed to allow the shipping of any materials required for that item. Once I receive the materials I need, it's just a matter of hours before the order is completed. I have no problems making last minute items for you either but keep in mind that when holidays are coming up and I too have a family to spend time with so to make it easier for everyone order in advance.
I have made a couple of changes on how custom orders are made. To save you and I both troubles down the road I do now require a 50% non refundable deposit on custom orders over $20. This is not only and insurance to me that I will not be making a big order all for not, causing me to lose money, time, effort, and materials but also a way for you to know and have a receipt stating that I will make your items. I go more into detail regarding this on the invoice for the custom order.
Last but not least, when ordering items please pick them up or pay in a timely manner (same goes for auctioned items). I understand that life does happen and things can come up so just let me know if that's the case and we can work something out. Also, it is your responsibility to either pick up your items or arrange for shipping. I do not mind making arrangements to meet you somewhere that's more convenient for you but I don't run a delivery service although that would be nice, it's just not possible.
