Baby Boot Camp-Eugene blends an amazing workout, bonding and interacting with your children with a community of mamas who, like you, haven't slept a full night in way too long. :)
Classes are designed specifically to help moms regain or enhance their pre-pregnancy fitness levels as well as prenatal moms in the preparation of meeting the physical challenges of parenting, labor and delivery. It takes the place of a personal trainer at the time in your life when you need it the most, in a supportive environment. We combine strength training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Strollers, resistance tubing and your child all play a vital role in the over all full body workout. The classes emphasize strength and stability while offering personalized fitness throughout the class.
In addition to fitness classes Baby Boot Camp-Eugene powers STROLLERFRIENDS, a FREE moms' group to support healthy families. StrollerFriends is a group of moms from your area who are seeking a social group that is health-minded. Monthly play dates allow parents to regularly meet and discuss what’s on your minds while allowing your children to get in some fun playtime.
