The staff here is absolutely amazing! They not only made me feel comfortable at a dental office, they explained everything clearly. Dr. Santana was so cheerful, she made the process even better to go through. The highlight was Chris the dental assistant. She started it all off with keeping the whole situation light and fun while I was in probably the worst pain I’ve had in awhile. Highly recommended Baccellieri Dentistry
I've been going to this Family Dentistry for YEARS and can't say enough positive things about them. They're always on schedule, the staff is lovely and the Doctors are empathetic and comforting. The office is clean, comfortable, and they create an overall nice experience for you.
I had been with my prior dentist for over 15 years , my dentist retired I had to find a new one. I cannot say enough just how happy I am with the choice I made. Dr Baccerllieri is so personable everyone in the office and really makes you comfortable. Absolutely loved my visit and look forward to many years as their patient
New to this office and I am very pleased. The building is clean. The front office staff are pleasant. The dentist and dental assistants are both amazing and friendly. Most importantly the outstanding dental work on my teeth. Very pleased every visit and always leave with a smile.
My husband and I were patients for several years. I had to reschedule an appt. And the first available was at least 6 months out which is ridiculous. I also had issues with billing and front staff has been less than friendly - especially with scheduling. Great for a practice to have an overflow of patients- but not good for patients when they can't get an appt. I found a great local family practice - Britt dental in West Chester; the entire staff is amazing - super friendly and thorough- highly recommend!
Feels like your own family is taking care of you. I hadn’t been in since I was a kid 20 years ago… they focused on the issues that I came in for and never gave me any kind of hard time or any belittling. It turned something that I was dreading into an excellent experience.
I’ve been going Baccellieri Family Dentistry since I was a kid and I’d never go anywhere else! Everyone’s amazing who works there mainly Heather and Dr B! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my smile then their team!
Today, I had my first hygiene appointment with Morgan and new patient exam with Dr. Baccellieri. The entire office staff was great from the time I checked-in until the time I checked-out Thank you so much, I will see you in 6 months!
My cleaning and checkup were professional and thorough. All staff members I interacted with were efficient and friendly. What's not to like?
Have been with the Baccellieri practice for 25 years! Can't say enough good things about them!! The whole staff is very friendly, they operate on time and are very professional! Would highly recommend!!
