I waited to write this review for over a year. With that said, my gorgeous John Michael furniture is feeling and looking as as beautiful and glamorous as the day I bought them. I received the absolute best customer service, and I am overdue on another shopping spree there. Who doesn’t need more beautiful pillows? This shop has everything and I’m so happy I took the plunge and bought my dream furniture there.

We bought a sectional and a large dining table. Folks there were very helpful and I love that we could buy off the showroom floor after having a miserable experience with Ashley furniture. We've been to the shop many times and always find unique and beautiful items! From our media credenza to wedding gifts to the gorgeous custom made down sofas, pillows, custom furniture, you name it! High quality pieces at reasonable prices and the customer service is outstanding! We ordered our sofa a couple months ago and it came in a couple days before we left on vacation. They were kind enough to store it for us until we came back! I love that everytime we visit there is new inventory and some gorgeous unique pieces that Matt has made. Get in here already!!!

Beautiful furniture and service was great. I couldn't be more pleased with my new table and chairs. It's a very busy store so if there's something you like, go in to the store to get the attention you want. They are not ignoring you, they are just very busy.

One of my absolute favorite places! Think Disneyland for adults with good taste. High quality items, and a daughter mother duo who always go above and beyond for their customers. We’ve furnished half of our home through them, and get compliments all of the time. Prices are always great too and they treat you like family. Go see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed, and your house will look great!

Just bought a gorgeous sectional from this local store yesterday. I was hoping they could deliver before Christmas and they actually delivered tonight. Understanding Covid-19 protocols are in place meaning they cannot deliver furniture into a home, they delivered right outside the door in our backyard which involved them lifting heavy couch pieces over a wrought iron gate as well as under our roof. I was super impressed with their great customer service and quick delivery. I am so happy to spend my money at a local family owned store. Thanks Rhonda and Matt!

Saw a table I loved in the showroom and paid for it. When I had it picked up and brought home it was not in the same condition. Yellow stains all over. Severe dings and scratches and stain marks on it. Be advised they do not honor returns once it has been paid for. This is not the first time this happens either. Very sketchy and I am very disappointed to say the least. Not cheap furniture either. Won't be recommending to colleagues or friends.

Customer service lacking. They were great at one time. So disappointed. Nice stuff but because I don’t live in Turlock, I’ve called to inquire about particular pieces and while I know they could be busy with in store customers…. A simple “can I call you back” would be a nice gesture.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced ! Don’t let Rhondas charm fool you . She tries to undercut other furniture stores quotes by asking to see what they were going to charge . I ordered 2 sofas and 1 sectional from them . They are very quick to take your money but when there’s a problem you can’t even get a phone call back ! Shes definitely not a woman of her word ! Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Woods Furniture . I wish I had
