About Back In Health Wellness Center

Back In Health Wellness Center strongly believes the key to health and wellness is prevention. Our team works closely with each patient to ensure proper treatment of existing conditions, as well as observe repetitive activities to prevent potential injuries. We also have extensive training in treating neck and back injuries and discomforts, headaches and migraines, sports-related injuries, whiplash injuries and infertility concerns.

Each patient receives specific recommendations in the areas of exercise, nutrition and postural changes to aid in maintaining good health. We specialize in chiropractic and acupuncture, as well as utilize an array of treatment options including massage therapy, physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation and nutrition.

Back In Health Wellness Center was founded in 2007. Dr. Cindy Perkins, DC, MBA, discovered at a young age the benefits individualized chiropractic care can offer after a painful track injury in high school left her sidelined and unable to perform.

Worst chiropractor I have ever been too. They charged me over $200.00 and I didn't even get adjusted. Strongly recommend you going somewhere else.  My back instantly went into spasms  Update, this place called me to say there was a mistake and that they will refund my money if I take my review down. Then never refunded the money. No offer to actually do what I paid them for. This place will steal your money. Beware

I drive a hour just to see Dr. Cindy and it has been the best decision i have made. I have never been to a chiropractor till now and she has made me very comfortable through it all. She ask questions before she even gets started on you to see where your hurting before doing any adjustments. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thanks Dr. Cindy for your help.

Dr. Cindy is amazing! I'm going through IVF and see her for infertility acupuncture. She is very knowledgeable and has made the stress of IVF easier for me to deal with. She even went out of her way to work w/ my crazy IVF schedule to make sure I had treatments on the day of my embryo transfer. None of my previous acupuncturist and I've had 3were willing to meet patients outside of business hours.  To me, this speaks volumes about how much Dr. Cindy cares about her patients and their health/success. I highly recommend women dealing with infertility go see her. You won't regret it!

Dr. Cindy is amazing.  Most recently, she has worked on me during my pregnancy and was able to relieve my aching neck and back.  I plan to continue using her for chiropractic and for acupuncture.  I highly recommend her!!!

My teenager had a migraine that would NOT go away. I was able to get an emergency appointment and even though we were squeezed in we didn't wait around endlessly. He got an adjustment from Dr Cindy who recommended acupuncture and before we even got home he was feeling so much better. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I bought me and my fiance acupuncture treatments from groupon on here. I never used groupon before so I called the office here and the lady at the front helped me with every question i had. She was super sweet and very nice. The Dr. Is extremely honest and knows what shes talking about. She is not one to tell you to continue treatments just to make money and she will tell you that too. She is very nice. Its hard to find a nice and honest doctor who cares about what they do these days. The acupunture helped me and my fiance very much for being just the first time getting it done. I HIGHLY recommend this office, prices are GREAT! Staff are friendly, office is very nice and clean.

After I severely injured my lower back, Cindy made time to squeeze me in immediately, and provided expert physical therapy over the next few weeks. I was able to make a quick and complete recovery thanks to the care provided by Cindy and her team.
