Absolutely life changing angels who work here. After losing my hearing and being told there was nothing that could be done by other doctors, today I received the gift of hearing my families voices again. Unbelievably happy with my visit to Back Mountain Hearing. Dr. Kayla Bloom immediately makes you feel welcome. She has that personality that makes you want to be around her. Warm, welcome, kind, and just so nice. She was very attentive through the whole test. Explaining everything in detail and sharing her own experiences with hearing aids. I really can’t say enough about how nice this visit was. In a world of inconsiderate people, Dr. Bloom is an exception. If only the world had more people like her. Go there, you will not regret it!
I am a first time hearing aid user and Dr Bloom was very helpful with my transition. She was patient, knowledgeable and very hands on. It takes me about an hour to get to her office, but because of who she is and the incredible service to attention I receive I don't hesitate to make the trip. Without any qualification I can recommend Dr. Bloom for any of your auditory needs.
Dr. Bloom is a very very very competent, caring, professional person. I have had hearing aids for a number of years and after she repaired them and reset/retuned them there is such a profoundly better quality in my hearing, it is amazing. I can recommend her 100%.
I have been Dr. Bloom’s patient for many years, so I was very glad when she opened her own practice. I travel an hour and 15 minutes to her office because I know I can expect the individual attention and personalized, knowledgeable service she provides to all her patients. She is the best!
Went there for a C&P exam today. The staff is very friendly and made me feel at ease. The exam was very thorough and they answered any questions I had. Wasn’t sure what to expect but over all very pleased with the process. Kudos to Dr. The PA and staff.
Very efficient, the Dr. was great explaining every part of the test. If I need another exam I'll return there.
