If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I became a patient here about a year ago and it has only gotten worse as time has gone on. If you want a referral plan on calling at least 3 times before you actually get to talk to someone and then you’ll still have to call back a few more times because they will have continued to not send the referral Took about 2 weeks. Don’t have anything planned after your appointment because you’ll wait at least 30 mins to be seen and sometimes they will even send someone else in because they are so behind schedule. The latest thing is they forgot to call in my blood work and I didn’t find that out until I was sitting at quest and I was told nothing was sent. NOTHING is time sensitive that is for sure. I hope they can get it figured out sooner than later but in the meantime I’ll be going elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars I would, extraordinarily rude and unprofessional. They were no help whatsoever.

Very frustrating that a patient has to wait more then two weeks for referrals to a specialist. On top of that the referrals are made to the wrong places and I have to continue calling to get them corrected. Staffs are available twice a week, and patients have to wait for them to return to the office. Completely unhappy with this place. Also, to get lab results read you have to schedule an appointment and wait 2 weeks to get results. WOW!

Dr. Wong is an OUTSTANDING Doctor. I have never experienced such a compassionate, undertanding, caring Doctor as he is. I gave him & his staff 5 stars because that is the only option I have but if I had a choice I would give him 10 Stars. Thank you for the respect, the compassion. I felt I wasn't " Just another patient " to him. He treated me like a human, like someone who loves you and cares about you would treat you. Thank you Dr. Wong & Staff! Keep up the good work. I appreciate all of you! You're all worth the 70 mile/hour and fifteen minute drive.

Dr. Russo is great and so is receptionist Tina! However other than that just plain terrible! I have to call to ask the Dr.s for refills and they still don't do it! I've went there for extreme back pain the answer is lose weight and take tylenol! Can't get calls back about blood work! Currently looking for a new practice!! Again great chiropractor terrible Dr. And aprns

I love Back to Health, Tina is always so nice and pleasant! I see Nicole for almost 3 years and she’s so nice and helpful. I’ve also seen Dr. Wong and he is awesome as is Dr. Russo!

Absolutely love the my APRN, The staff is wonderful, very attentive when you need help with anything. I have been going here for many years now, with out any problems. I have referred family members and friends.

I have been going to this office for 8 years. About every 6 mths they have a new provider and they dont ever send you out a notice that your dr has left. The last provider I had been seeing for almost a year which was a record for this office because they have such a high turn over rate. I went to get my script filled and the pharmacy told me that the dr stated I needed to go in for an appointment. When I called to make an appointment they stated my provider had left and I would see the new APRN. So I went in and for someone who has never met me before I think she drew conclusions about me before I stepped into the office because I was on anxiety medication. She had me take a drug test which never in my life have I had to do that but I didnt care becasue I had nothing to worry about. She stated she needed to send this out and that she would call in my script when results came back. Two weeks later I went in for a follow up because I do have asthma and I asked her about the drug test. She said they forgot to send it out to the lab. I offered to take another one in her office and she said no need because she would not fill my script and I needed to seek a psychiatrist. I am a nurse and run a medical office of my own and never have been treated with such disrespect and like a drug addict. If this APRN even took the time to look through my chart and look at my history she would be able to see im far from a drug seeker. Everyone else in the office is very nice but this made me feel absolutely disgusted and I was so upset I requested a copy of my records so I could look for another office to go to.

Dr. Is the nastiest to his patients. Doesn’t listen to his patients and disrespects patients families. Doesn’t like to do his job, which is what he went to school for to treat people and help them with their medical issues. When ever my husband goes to see him he is always in a mad mood

My appt was cancelled without me doing so or my knowledge. Showed up the manager got an attitude. I said I'd sit in the waiting room and wait for Dr. Wong to have a few mins to see me. They said that he was booked so I ended up leaving. They called me a liar and have caused me more stress and anxiety about this
