Backstage Cigar Bar @ Jergels

The show was scheduled earlier and had to be rescheduled. I was happy we were still able to attend this event. The staff was very friendly and attentive to us and the accommodations we needed for a wheelchair. We order food before the event started. Took a little bit of time due to everyone showing up at the same time. Our waiter apologies over and over. The show itself was good and entertaining. I am so happy we were there.

1st time being there and I'm sad to say I waited too long! I should have been here way sooner! Good prices on food and beverages. It's not like those big concert venues at all. Will be back again!

First time at this venue. Nice glad to see many different seating arrangements. Sat upstairs to the left of the stage. Great view of the bands!! Definitely worth buying the early entry to get good seats. Food was good, and had a full bar and beer selection. Waitstaff was a little overwhelmed for the sold out show but did their best and had food and drinks around for everyone ordering. Definitely be back for other shows.

Came for a show. Got there early and had some nachos. Staff was friendly and the environment was great. Our waiter looked so familiar and I wish I knew how but it was a fun game of who he looked like all evening before the music started. Would love to come here for a show in the future!

First time visiting and I loved it! We went to see Collin Raye and had the best time. The staff is awesome and the bartenders were super fast. Definitely recommend and plan on visiting again!

First visit to the venue. Strongly recommend getting early bird tickets and showing up in time to use them. We had general admission tickets, showed up at that time, and barely managed to get chairs without a table. Otherwise would have been standing for 2 hiurs before the start of the 3 hour concert. The pizza was quickly made and very tasty.

A great place to see music. Drink and food prices are reasonable and well within venue prices, but the menu hasn't changed in a while, or years. Above average food quality. Staff is friendly parking is good and building is accessible for all.

Had such a great time here! They have a full menu and great drinks. It was awesome to get dinner before the show. We sat upstairs and had the best view of the stage while being comfortable. The Backstage cigar bar was my absolute favorite part of the night. The bartender was really great. Can't wait to come back for another show!

Stopped here when visiting friends down near Pittsburgh. We all had a great time there and really enjoyed ourselves. Even though they were packed that evening due to the two bands playing the staff was friendly and well organized. We would definitely go there again!

Great time! The local HS jazz band played. They we’re excellent. After them the professionals took the stage and WOW! What a difference! Again, the HS band was great- but pros are on a whole new level. Food was good- service was slower since they were packed-
