The Cave Diet is all the rage and that's great. But we make foods for the badasses that guard the Cave, run the Ultras, and drive the tanks through places that are more hostile then Hell. Those are the Savages we feed. And we're damn proud of it
Welcome to the bakery :) I am not sure what your path here was, but I AM sure happy you found us :) Our bars-and everything else-are still 100% Grain, Gluten, Garbage, Soy, Dairy,Legume, and Refined Sugar FREE. All of them. Even the Chocolate Chip Cookies that taste so buttery. Nope. We only use Almond Meal as our flour-obviously NOT suitable for nut allergies-and we sweeten things with raw honey, or ground dates, or grade B organic maple syrup. And just a little, I hate baked goods that are all sugar. Our bars run about 200 calories and pack in 14-16 grams of protein PLUS a large amount of fresh, organic baby kale. We're VERY fussy about ingredients and we never cut corners to keep costs down. Even the chocolate chips we use are free of garbage and only have 3 ingredients-chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, and evaporated cane juice. Cookies and Fuel are Vegan and shelf stable for a month or more, Bars and Focaccia need to be kept cold. A week in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer. Our menu gets emailed and posted on our Facebook page every Monday and there is a link to the shopping cart on the FB page and in the e-mail. We only deliver locally-within 10 miles of the Royal Oak Farmers Market- but we DO ship every Monday via USPS Priority Pre-paid shipping. Many of our corporate customers have shipping accounts with fed-ex etc and we are happy to go that route if you prefer. Hope that helps! Let me know if you need more info.
