Working with Adam has been a great addition to my workout routine. His exercise programming is personalized to my specific goals/abilities and his nutrition coaching has been pivotal in my growth. Adam Badger is an amazing coach! He cares about the 'whole client' mind, body and spirit and really teaches you the building blocks for success. Nothing he teaches or preaches is a "quick fix" solution. It's learning a healthy lifestyle and how to manage and work toward your goals. Working with Adam over a year ago taught me skills to live a healthier lifestyle that I am still using today. His personalized workouts have helped me to now create my own with goals in mind. I started as a client with a large group back in January and once that challenge ended, I moved to the Fit For Life program. I struggled still do, but not as much with motivation and my nutrition was all over the place. Adam taught me so much about mindset and nutritional habits. The information he provides is not a quick fix solution, but knowledge that will help you for the rest of your life.
