Having been in business since the late 80's, BAER fit is one of the oldest established personal training groups in southwest Ohio. We have helped thousands of clients reach their goals ranging from weight loss, to increased fitness and health, from improving medical conditions to competing in shows and athletic endeavors. During our history, we have trained over 50 clients that became personal trainers in the area. Some even worked for us, before going on to start their own business. We may have trained Your trainer.
We do complete nutrition plans and guidance. It's not about dieting but living life as you were created to. We help with your lifestyle concerns to make sure your health fits in with everything you do. We create your personal workouts based on your needs, goals and medical background.
