We walked into the Baer furniture store in Dania Beach, Florida, for the first time and we were impressed by both the furniture selection and the sale staff. Our sales woman was very helpful in choosing the right sleeper sofa for our apartment, the sale discounts were great, and they were able to deliver our couch within days of purchase. Very professional and very nice to work with. Also, it’s a family-owned business
I made my first purchase here in this store of a dining set, sofa, and mattress as floor sample and everything was in great condition when we bought it and I spent almost 3,500 dollars on all this. When this past Saturday on the 17th, the delivery arrived and all the furniture came wrapped with only clear plastic and it is supposed to be protected with blankets and the delivery guy was unprofessional. And also the dinner table had a 7 inch, deep scratch and it was not there when we bought it and we have pictures of that to prove that it was not there. I spoke to the manager of the store and she said that’s a floor sample and we can’t return it and she tried to take away her responsibility that the delivery had to be in good condition like the day I bought it. She said she was going to send a courtesy service to try to fix the deep scratch. Also, the manager never apologized with me for the situation and treated me like I have to keep the table with the scratch. I will never buy in this store again. My first experience, and a terrible one too.
The table is beautiful and fits our kitchen space perfectly. It is different than other tables we have seen. It was a pleasure working with Nsncy Dover. She gave us very good advice.
Can’t say enough good things about Baer’s. Which started out with a disaster turned into the best possible results thanks to David Baer and his crew. My first furniture delivery was handled by a 3rd party and everything was damaged. David Baer refunded all my money immediately. I decided to re order after he got involved and offered to have his in-house people drive up from Florida to South Carolina to deliver and install new furniture. They came when they said and everything was perfect. Thanks again, David Baer………
Excellent selection. Salespeople are helpful and not pushy. Delivery was prompt. I will continue shopping for furniture here.
Walked through to look around, with no agenda. Killed some time. Large selection of furniture although a lot was not of my taste and definitely out of my price range surprised that the furniture was rather expensive there
The absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Ordered furniture in April. Order was finally completed on August 5 after many phone calls and very few returned phone calls. If you can, please avoid this store. The only one in the store who is helpful is Ina

I had a very positive experience purchasing a StressLess chair and ottoman as a retirement gift for my husband. I worked with Ina Glazier beginning in November to order exactly what I thought my husband would like. Unfortunately, I was told it wouldn’t be here until May when I needed it in March. I thought four months would be ample lead time. In January Baer’s called to say the chair was in. They held it for me until today when the scheduled delivery worked out perfectly. The delivery men were polite and professional and made quick work of winding the chairs up two flights of stairs with ease. I had a very positive experience and the chair is perfect.
We worked with Ina for our recent purchase of living room tables and media stand for our TV. Everything was very good. She was quite helpful in finding the perfect piece for our TV; and she stayed in communication with regarding the delivery. It is all Bernhardt and there are many furniture delays. Ina kept me well informed when items were shipped from the factory & when they were expected into Baers warehouse. Then communicated very well with me regarding delivery to my house. The delivery guys did great. Mike called me 15 minutes out and the two guys were able to get the 388 pound TV and three tables up to my 6th condo with no problem. Nice job!
