Dr. Fuentes was great Doctor! I give one star for the front nurse patricia aka pat is like the older you get the worst you act with people. Just retired & stay home enjoy life, be nice lady!!
Worst clinic I’ve ever experienced! I was assigned to this physician as a new patient it’s been over 2 years almost and every time I call to set up an appointment the doctor isn’t seeing new patients ! Which is unbelievable!!! The state pays these doctors to give medical treatment to patients but they refuse to even get you in the office for help! I have and will continue to report this provider until it’s closed for refusing treatment.
Beside the doctor who always knew what to prescribe to cure my illnesses, the nurses were freaken clueless. They never did their job in forwarding my medical records to my current doctor to giving me and my mom attitude over the phone. Also giving me false info about my medical plan, etc... very unprofessional! Needs new nurses. Only got along with 1 who was very helpful and nice.. she was my usual nurse.
ZERO STARS. NEGATIVE STARS. Worst place ever. DO NOT step inside this medical place. GO ELSEWHERE...unless they restructure their office staff. The docs are down to earth and professional BUT their front office staff needs to get fired ASAP. They are useless humans who do not deserve a job in healthcare if at all. They are extremely lazy, will send you to doctors who are not within your network multiple times, will provide you expired authorization forms multiple times, will not do anything to correct their 'mistakes'. I am writing this review on behalf of 3 patients, one who is no longer a patient due to the tremendous troublesome the front desk ladies caused. When it comes to healthcare, and seeing the correct referred doctor in a timely manner, it can make a tremendous difference in your healing. You can NOT take exceptions when it comes to healthcare. Do not take your chances here.
The doctors are great, the nurses aren't. Especially Mary, very rude unprofessional with a lack of sympathy. I've been a patient for over 25 years but looks like I'll be switching my provider due to the staff.
Quack doctor and quack staff. Father in law went in with very severe flu symptoms and couldn't diagnose him properly. Nurse botched a gluteal antibiotic shot. He was limping for 2 weeks and eventually developed severe back pain. Just prescribed him random medications and told him to return in a month. Nothing worked and his condition worsened. We inquired what could be wrong with him and instead he prescribed him 5 more medicayions. We demanded a referral to another doctor or specialist and they said it would take up to a week for a referral. We brought him to an ER instead and they told us he was in the early stages of pnemounia. That quack doctor couldn't figure that out? Terrible. Avoid at all costs.
long wait. very poor medical consultation and lack of interest. by contrast very fast and with many jokes, the real query only two minutes. do not waste your money with this doctor. To refer to a specialist takes months of waiting.
Been going to this doctor for two generations, he is awesome and knows his trade well...i would highly recommend him...we still travel 30 miles just to see him since we moved.
DR. Baez is great but front desk personnel and nurses have the worse attitude. They think they’re doing YOU a favor by you coming to this clinic.
He is great when my 3 year old is really sick only he knows what to give him and he is better within that same day
