We have been a family owned and operated business for the last 30 years. Our parents went into business for themselves when we were children by starting a pizzeria/restaurant in Roseville back in 1985. They sacrificed much time, sweat and tears to get the business up and running. Eventually, moving to a better location and closer to home, Lincoln Park (Baffo's Pizza) became downriver's landmark for a great Pizza because of Mamma's desire to make everything HOMEMADE. Thanks to Mamma's fresh idea we started making "Baffo Rolls" as a side business, and selling them to local school events and eventually to local stores....after repeated requests and orders, we realized that it became an instant success and we sold everything and finally ending up with a completely different business in Riverview as Baffos Enterprises Incorporated (AKA- Baffo Rolls)...nearly 20 years later we are currently serving a good portion of the Mid-West with high hopes of expanding our contracts nationwide.
