The food here is simple, but delicious! Tea is good, too! This place is sandwiched in between a McDonald's and a Burger King, and I couldn't imagine going to one of those places for a breakfast sandwich instead of Bagelville. The only thing I would suggest is some side order options, maybe hash browns?
I'd seen this place for a year or more prior to having to leave area for a time last fall. I had not gone there as it always seemed to be empty and at times I was not sure if it was open, or if the food could be fresh with low traffic. When I returned this week I had a yearning for a real bagel, crusty and dense real deal. I'd been disappointed repeatedly by the bagel shops that poke a hole in a roll and call it a bagel here. I knew whole foods had good crusty ones, but didn't feel like going all the way down to Legacy place and finding parking to get a bagel. I decided to go to downtown dedham and try the place there, but thought I'd swing by and see if this was still open. It was open and despite being after lunch time there were customers in parking lot. I decided to go in and try to get 2 or 3 bagels to take home if they looked decent. When I got in, I was blown away by a large selection of many varieties of what looked to be the real deal bagels! Addiitionally I noted they had 4 people working there-which was a surprise as it had never been busy as I'd seen. But I think that has now changed over time and people are recognizing this place and coming back. It's not the best location, nestled off Rt 1 between burger kind and mcdonalds. I was very impressed as they not only had a great stock of my favorite evverything bagels, they were loaded with lots of great topping, large and looked quite crusty. Then I also noted they even had whole wheat/whole grain everything bagels too! Along with about a dozen or more varieties, all for 9.95 a bakers dozen or 95 cents each. I also noted their low breakfast sandwich prices and lunch menu for inexpensive and noted the food prep area had lots of nice fresh ingredianets and the drive through was active. Breakfast sandwiches were little more than a mcdonalds egg mcmuffin at 2.99 or 3.99 and lunch sandwiches were 4.99. I got my dozen and was on the way home and it smelled so good I ended up eating two of them plain without anything on them on the way home. If you want a great bagel and or breakfast or lunch sandwich give this place a try. I'm so glad they seem to have made it and hope they continue to grow. The food is excellent and the people were nice too. But the bagels are the real deal-for sure. I am so glad I finally have a good place to find them and it's right here where I am living! I'd drive 1/2 hour to get these, maybe more.
Customer service lacking and bagel was way too tough. Regret taking my elderly aunt there. She wanted to go to Dunkin Donuts but I persuaded her to try out Bagelville. Will say the coffee was quite good.
Go here almost every Saturday morning for bagels and often get bags of bagels for the morning after big parties. Theven bagels are awesome and the chive bacon cream cheese is out of this world. They also have drive thru for those times you don't feel like getting out of the car.
Went here Sunday morning for a hangover breakfast , perfect voice and would do again. Definitely go for home fries, try the salmon bagel. My first positive review ever
Reasonable prices, quiet environment, and good bagels with some good bakery snacks. Overall this was a good place for quick in and out breakfast foods and worth actually writing a review for
I LOVE this place and go a few times a week but recently they changed their bacon to some weird bacon that looks and tastes awful : I wish they would change it back to the bits or something else! If you don't want bacon on your breakfast sandwich then this place is a 5/5
Bagel was good,but floor , table tops , coffee counter and bathroom were filthy , the store was not very busy that's scary . I hope those issues get resolved so i can be a repeat cust . Otherwise it's good bye.
Great bagel and other food variety and service is usually very good. Prices are also pretty reasonable.
