Unfortunately, I am writing this review after being with Dr.Bailey and her staff for 3 years…Initially they were very nice and welcoming. My son has suffered from constipation issues in which the doctor only proceeded to send him laxatives. When I called the staff at the front, I would try to explain to them the concern I had over my child in which I was always brushed off or provided with passive aggressive, rude, along with their tones of voices and they will not care what you are saying. Dr. Bailey was understanding however her staff lacks hospitality, empathy and professionalism. As a health care worker myself, they didn’t understand my concern. They provided me with numbers of GI specialists who DIDNT serve children. I had to ask Dr. Bailey to refer me to a specialist in which she had her staff provided me a list in which most did not answer. They did not make my son’s health issue a concern for them. I did not feel supported nor understood. As a parent, if you are looking for a pediatrician and staff who are there for you and your child. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. Do not expect it from here. I am deeply disappointed on how things came about but it’s important to write this to spread the awareness for new parents who are eagerly looking for a pediatrician, ONE who should hear your concerns and understand you.
The best staff and Doctor my daughter has had. Even the best doctor I have ever been around. The girls at the front are always patient, kind and helpful! And Dr. Bailey is always taking her time with my daughter and listening to my concerns instead of just nodding it off.

Dr. Bailey is a wonderful doctor! She gives time to her patients and always explains things to the parent. The staff is also accommodating and very friendly!
