Had an awesome day here! Highly recommended. The shuttle was great and was constantly running with plenty of room. The employees were all wonderful and helpful. The trails were amazing and had a wide variety of skillsets. I'm excited to visit here again soon!
I had an amazing time at this locally owned and operated bike park. The views from the top are stunning and the trails are challenging but super fun. If going in the winter, be sure to bring layers, the weather will fluctuate throughout the day.
First time going there. The staff is awesome. Ride to the top is pretty quick. Alot of trails all blues and blacks.
They have a good variety of trails, great flow, jump, and technical lines. It isn't as big as the western downhill parks, but that's to be expected. The people who work there are all friendly, and helpful, and the people who ride there are awesome. I've always gone alone, but always end up riding with a group of people. Definitely worth a visit, or 10.
Super friendly owner/manager. I only lapped the blue flow trail banshee to Salvador but it was great. Lots of fun hip jumps with some tight and windy berms. This was the easiest trail and could definitely be a black at other trail systems.
Family owned and operated shuttle downhill Mountainbike Park. Awesome atmosphere with friendly, fun people. Not for the faint of heart, steep, fast and treacherous terrain. It’s what those NC riders ride everyday. Closest downhill riding for me so I frequent a few times a year to try to hold on to my skills for my annual trip to Whistler. Jen and Guy are just the nicest, most fun minded people around. Always enjoy my trips to Bailey.
This place is awesome! I've been biking for decades, wish I had discovered this place sooner. Owners are very friendly and helpful. I broke my collarbone there. They were genuinely concerned for my safety, directed me to the closest hospital, helped me load my gear, offered a ride if necessary. Meet lots of good people into Biking and the love of the outdoors. I recommend it!
So I’m a trail rider, not a DH rider. In all honesty, I was in a little over my head...but that being said, the owners were so nice and supportive. Everyone there was super friendly. The park was at capacity the day I went. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes for a ride back up the mountain. Each trail takes 5-10 minutes to ride. It’s steep. Like real steep. To say that there aren’t any green trails is an understatement. If you’re coming from the background of trail riding, like myself, I would recommend that you be able to handle steep, but rollable drops and be able to ride berms. It is such a different experience than trail riding. The trails are machine cut and are super smooth. There is little to no peddling required. In fact, the son of the owners didn’t even have a chain on his bike. But it’s super fun! I loved it and am looking forward to returning!
Amazing riding for those with skills. The flow trails and jump lines are steep and fun. Tacod Wheel has a truck there and for about 5$ you can have a great lunch. The people are super cool. Over all just awesome. Strongly recommend going if you get the chance.
Fast, steep, and awesome. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice, and the trails will keep you entertained for as long as you can hold on to your bars. My favorite bike park yet without a doubt.
