Came for my sister's graduation celebration dinner as a party of eight on a Saturday evening. Our reservation was originally for 7pm but we called ahead and they were able to accommodate us for 6:30pm, since we were running ahead of schedule. While it was busy, our waitress was always so friendly and apologetic about how slow the service was, despite it not being a problem for us. She checked in on us many times and made us feel welcomed. The food itself comes in large portions, and there's a wide variety of options on the menu. I have simple tastes and ordered the Chicken Tenders basket, which came with fries, cole slaw, and a sauce of my choice. The food is good, and what you might expect from this kind of restaurant. The atmosphere is lively, and I'd imagine a great place to celebrate with larger groups. Thankfully we were seated at a table against a wall so it didn't feel too loud. One thing to note is that it'd be nice for the TVs to display captions. Otherwise we had a great time celebrating together!
Ordered delivery from here a couple times and the food has been great. Steak tips are our go to but recently had their Buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer and it was delicious! Will be going here to dine in very soon!Food: 5/5
For an appetizer my boyfriend and I decided to get the bacon and cheese tater tots. They were amazing Krispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were loaded with bacon and cheese. I ordered the Chicken and Broccoli with Penne in oil and garlic. The portions were huge, I could not believe the amount of food that was on the plate. The only thing that I did not like was...the dish was very spicy! The sauce was creamy it was not like oil and garlic. Nonetheless I ate it some and had plenty of leftovers. The garlic bread was very good as well. My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo macaroni and cheese, he loved it. The portions were huge once again. The macaroni and cheese is a must try in my opinion. Visit the Establishment in North Chelmsford for a great dinner. The dress code is casual and there is plenty of parking.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and I got married upstairs in their event room. When planning our event, our coordinator was very involved from the beginning. Everything went smoothly and perfectly! Every staff member I have ever interacted with is so friendly and personable. The establishment is my favorite restaurant. The food, environment, and staff are all amazing. I highly recommend the Establishment for your events and an amazing place to eat or drink!
The Establishment is a very nice place. The building has been a restaurant for decades and a mill for many years before. The location near the water and railroad makes gut some nice views. Our food was good, the Turkey Tips had great flavor and the baked haddock was good too. Things were good except for our server. We never got our salads and the kitchen and server blamed each other. Salads came out after our meals and they still charged us $2 upgrade. Server was not good is several ways. It’s disappointing that the experience at a nice restaurant with good views and good food gets ruined by a server who didn’t care. I’d go back and try again but not with that server.
We recently hosted a function in the Tuscan room and I was more than impressed with the whole process and delivery of the staff. The restaurant and function room has a very cool industrial vibe. Tuscan room was perfect to accommodate our party of 55 people. Dawn, the function manager, was super communicative, very easy to work with and accommodated all our custom requests to the best of her ability. Our party servers, Steve and Hannah were amazing and kept all the nuts and bolts moving seamlessly. The food was delicious and was served on time. They and other staff involved went above and beyond our expectations. All and all, I would highly recommend this place.

Food and atmosphere very good. Staff courteous and helpful and I would have scored this higher except the entrees came out well before the appetizers could be finished. When we discussed this with a manager, he could have handled this critique better. If you have issue with having an entree coming out before finishing the appetizers, make sure to either not order the appetizers and entrees at the same time or specify to the wait staff to put some time between them. Otherwise, I will be coming back to check out some of the other offerings.
Decent place. Pretty atmosphere. Had a family function. Food was good. I’ll come back to try the restaurant.
