The entire staff is amazing. The most caring people I've ever met, especially Joe. He helped us through a very difficult time with the loss of my father. The funeral home itself is beautiful and met all of our needs for the memorial service. I highly recommend Baird-Case and plan on using them again when my mother passes away.
Staff had a very professional and calming demeanor. They were attentive and patient with all of our questions and needs. Their professionalism really helped us through a very difficult time. We greatly appreciate them.
The staff was excellent and so very helpful in our time of need. Joe, Tarin, James and Maureen went above and beyond. Tarin is the first person we spoke with and she is excellent. Joe was so helpful in all our questions on cremation and helping me choose an urn. We had a Tribute/Celebration of Life and James and Maureen couldn't have been more helpful. The entire staff treated us like family.

My mother passed within 6 hrs of transfer to a hospice inpatient unit. I contacted this funeral home and within hours they retrieved my mother and prepared her as per our request. They expressed compassion and performed exceptionally in a timely and thoughtful manner. They maintained continual contact, obtained all necessary paperwork and provided much needed information. My contact person Bree, an associate director, ensured that all necessary services were conducted whether she was on site or not. I am truly grateful for the entire staff that provided a service that both honored my mother and provided our family with essential support. Thank you
If I could give more than five stars, I certainly would. Bree Rutherford and the wonderful people at Baird-Case Jordan-Fannin Funeral Home are extremely caring. My Wife recently lost her Father and we were not familiar with planning a Funeral. From the moment our Family met Bree, she made us feel very special and comfortable. She was always available to answer questions and guide us through the difficult decisions. They went the extra mile making sure everything was perfect and it certainly was beautiful and perfect. They far exceeded every request we had. They made it a beautiful celebration of my Father in Law's life.
I came in and met Joe to make arrangements for my Mom, who was in the final stage of Parkinson’s, just prior to taking a trip you know, just in case, I always like to be prepared. Little did I know that she would pass 4 days later. Joe was warm, personable, very compassionate and caring every step of the way. He even helped me with a custom keepsake of my daughter who passed at birth so many years ago. Even though difficult, Joe made it a very good experience that was instrumental to our acceptance and healing. Since Mom passed just before Thanksgiving in 2019, we were invited to a celebration at the Baird-Case chapel for all families who lost a loved one during the holidays. It was a beautiful celebration: the speaker was amazing, we received a special keepsake ornament, and got to share in our sorrow with other families, which made us feel honored and not alone in the common human experience of losing a loved one. A big thank you to the entire staff, who not only cared for Mom, but us too! We appreciate the love and compassion you gave us!
When my husband's mother passed away rather suddenly in late December, the team at Baird Case responded in less than 20 minutes in the middle of the night. The gentlemen were super respectful, courteous and kind. The next day, we made arrangements with Joe Waterwash and his staff. He guided us through the decisions with compassionate care, explaining all the options and enabling us to fulfill our mother's final wishes with ease. As a family, we are completely satisfied with, and grateful to, Baird Case Funeral Home for their guidance and handling through this difficult, life-changing experience.
